The atrium on the first floor of this hotel has a nice ambiance, perfect for meetings. The only downside was that the front desk staff were cold and lacked a service mindset during check-in.

I regularly stay at the Himalaya for trade shows, and Vicky is always so enthusiastic and helps me out with so many things. I'll definitely come back and find you again for the next show!

This hotel completely blew my expectations for affordable accommodation out of the water! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was clean and wrinkle-free, and Vicky provided excellent service. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. It's definitely the best value for money at this price point. I'll absolutely be staying here again next time!

Five-star review! The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, and the room was exceptionally clean with great attention to detail. The facilities are comprehensive; the hot water and internet speed were excellent. The staff were gentle and thoughtful, responding promptly to all requests. Transportation is convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. It felt safe and comfortable to stay here, highly recommended! Bella and Lumi provided exceptional service!

The hotel's location is its biggest advantage, being incredibly close to the exhibition center. The service was also excellent; the first round of drinks in the mini-bar fridge was a generous touch. The staff went above and beyond to fulfill all requests, especially a tall, slim lady with glasses at the front desk who was particularly kind and friendly. I'm very grateful for her complete care during my stay. (However, there was one shorter lady who was quite stern, constantly saying no to everything.)

The difference between a good hotel and a great hotelier the people. Vicky at the front desk remembered our room number and was so kind every time we approached her. Really made our day happier.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently excellent, warm, and thoughtful. The lobby is grand and elegant, with a sophisticated and timeless Chinese aesthetic. The room decor is exquisite, featuring solid wood furniture that feels incredibly luxurious, and the amenities are top-notch. The oversized bathtub was super relaxing. The soundproofing was excellent; it was quiet and peaceful at night, perfect even for light sleepers. The breakfast was abundant and refined, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was fantastic. Bella was polite and enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage and explaining the facilities – her attention to detail was impeccable. When I asked to see a suite, she was happy to accommodate. Overall, a perfect experience. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

I specifically chose a family-friendly hotel for our vacation. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. My child was busy exploring everywhere, which allowed me to relax for a bit. We had dinner at the hotel that day and breakfast the next morning, and everyone in the family enjoyed their meals. I took my child to the pool for a look around, but unfortunately, we didn't bring swimsuits, otherwise, we definitely would have gone for a swim. Overall, this hotel is very suitable for family travel. Vicky's service was attentive, and she was very patient communicating with my child, which was great!

Our room was spacious and elegant, featuring Chinese solid wood furniture paired with high-quality soft furnishings. The extra-large bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, equipped with Grohe and Duravit fixtures, ensuring maximum comfort.
The service was attentive and thoughtful. The front desk staff, Bella.lumi, was warm, professional, and responsive.
