Booked this hotel last minute because my child had an exam nearby, and overall it was a good experience. Parking was convenient for coming and going, and the food at the park across the street was also quite good. The hotel staff were all very polite and accommodating.

The room was generally clean and spacious, and the bathroom facilities were also good. The staff's service attitude was particularly excellent. We arrived early and had other matters to attend to, so the attendant Lily thoughtfully arranged an early check-in for us.

Huge thanks to the front desk staff on the evening shift of the 3rd, who upgraded me to a suite! The environment was great. The cleaning lady was also very attentive; she found my lost earplugs and even gave me an extra pair. It's also nice that the prices didn't skyrocket during the holiday, and the hotel management is excellent.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable, offering great value for money. The lobby is especially luxurious; walking in, it immediately gives off a five-star vibe. The service is also incredibly good. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is pretty good, and the location is quite convenient. It's easy to get around, which was great as I was attending an industry conference and there were many international guests staying here. The staff were highly professional. The breakfast at the restaurant was just okay; there weren't many Chinese options, but the Western selection was quite extensive.

Very nice and clean. Feels newly renovated. Provided fruits in the room and instant coffee. Breakfast is great too. Corridors are a bit hard to navigate but there are signages.

This hotel is very close to Zhangjiang Group Middle School, which was super convenient for my Pudong District written exam. I booked a queen room for Friday, and the lady at the front desk upgraded me to a suite (I think it started with an 'E', sorry I can't remember the name). For just over 500 RMB, it was excellent value for money, and there were even welcome fruits in the room. The gym was decent too. The toilet was a smart toilet, there were two TVs in the room, and the bedding was good, with eye masks provided. // The only minor issue was that the exhaust fan in the room kept making noise, and I couldn't find a way to turn it off.
