The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped me with everything I needed during my stay, from ordering food and arranging laundry to assisting with many other services.
Even though I cannot speak Chinese, they always tried their very best to understand me and help with whatever I needed. Everyone was patient, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which made me feel very comfortable staying here as a foreign guest.
They are also very responsive through WeChat, so whenever I needed assistance, I could always get a quick response.
Overall, I had such a memorable and pleasant experience here. The service exceeded my expectations, and the hotel offers excellent value for money. I truly appreciate how much the staff cared about their guests and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to international travelers visiting China. ❤️
