The hotel's location is very close to the Chest Hospital, and the room was excellent, exceeding my expectations. The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave me a breakfast voucher.

The photos show a hotel surrounded by peaceful trees. In reality it is actually surrounded by a multilane elevated expressway that is adjacent to all the rooms. It is very noisy 24 hours a day with the cars, and the windows are not soundproofed. I arrived late at night and was told I would hate my allocated room of 220. It was horrible and they offered an 'upgrade' to another room, but then changed their mind wasting time. I changed rooms again next day. Rooms are clean inside, but most have a terrible smell from people smoking with the windows closed, despite supposedly being a non-smoking hotel. The carpets in the landing were dirty. The laundry room does not look like the photos, and the machines are condensers taking hours to dry, and your clothes might get stuck in the machine needing help. The breakfast is poor, and they ran out of bread, but reception offered to get some bread, but I did not have time to wait. The only things I liked was the housekeeper was helpful, and the rest of the staff were OK, and the location was convenient for the subway. But I thought the overall building facilities were very poor.

The first room given was smell of smoke. The air blowing out from the air conditioner smell of smoke, seem like someone was smoking in the room for a long time to cause the whole room including air conditioner smell of smoke. I requested to change room, cause I am sensitive to cigarette smoke. The front desk lady immediately brought me to see the same design rooms, and let me decide the room to stay. This is very good customer service, 5 stars to the lady working on 27 March. The housekeeping at 6th floor also very helpfull. Thank you very much. It took about 15min to walk to subway station, a long walk for us with luggages, sweat...

Nice, clean, convenient hotel. Buffet breakfast included which was quite tasty. The service was also veeeery good, the whole staff is very kind. It is located right in front of a freeway bridge so dependeng on where your room is located it can be a bit noisy, althought it's just that background, white noise of cars passing by so it's not super annoying. 15 minuts walk to the nearest metro station. We used the metro system to move in Shanghai (we used the app Metroman which is quite foreign-friendly as it is in english, and is very intuitive to use) and didn't need any other means of transportation. All in all, a very good hotel, and would return.

Going to the subway station via the alleys is much faster, However, these alleys are quite messy, particularly when it rains. Another issue is that the only modern convenient store is also located in those alleys. Other than these, the location is very good.

Very good team, friendly and very helpful team. The hostesses, the cook, the waitress in the kitchen, the cleaning ladies are always available despite the language problem. The hostess will try to help you by showing you the way in town.

Very little price, includes breakfast, free wifi, very clean environment, very warm staff, in-city location, everything very good so far. Parking could be little bit difficult
