This hotel is great! The rooms are spacious and very clean. I always stay here when I'm on a business trip, and it's genuinely excellent. The staff are also incredibly welcoming and helpful. The Wi-Fi in the rooms is super fast, and there are all sorts of delicious food stalls and restaurants downstairs. Highly recommend!

The hotel's front desk staff, both the young women and men, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel's location is excellent, and the price of the rooms is very reasonable, offering great value for money! This isn't just one pleasant stay; it's a consistently comfortable experience. Throughout, their attitude was gentle and patient, proactively guiding me through processes and answering questions efficiently and thoughtfully, which immediately made me feel at ease and significantly enhanced the overall experience. Definitely worth a big commendation! It's also very close to Chengdu East Station, just about a ten-minute taxi ride. Across the street is CapitaMall, and downstairs there are many fantastic food options!

I have to give a huge shout-out to the young lady at the front desk, Jiangnan! She made our check-in super efficient, with a sweet smile and a friendly demeanor. She patiently answered all our questions about our itinerary and even thoughtfully recommended some local eateries. They even offered warm water during check-in – the whole service was so detailed and considerate, making us feel incredibly welcome and setting a fantastic tone for our trip! There are tons of great food options downstairs, and the elevator has controlled access, so you need your room card to go up. The front desk lady was absolutely lovely – truly, thank you to her! The hotel is very close to CapitaLand Plaza, right across the street, which makes transportation very convenient. It's only a 10-minute taxi ride to Chengdu East Station and about a half-hour to Chunxi Road. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality!

This attention to detail left a great impression, and we'll definitely make this our first choice for future stays. It's a multi-purpose building where you need a key card to access the elevators, ensuring good security. Downstairs, there are plenty of food options, perfect for late-night snacks. Right across the street is CapitaLand Plaza, which is super convenient. It's also only about a 10-minute taxi ride from the East Station.
