Pros:
- Clean rooms on a quiet floor
- Staff attentive to our needs
- Breakfast buffet (heavy on Chinese food, but enough Western food for us to get by and expand our palates a bit)
- Welcome fruit basket

Cons:
- Mattresses are EXTREMELY hard, it would have been just as comfortable to sleep on the floor. In response to our concerns, the staff tried to make them softer by placing a comforter on top of the mattress, however, it made no difference. It was very difficult to get good sleep because of the mattress.
- Rooms can only be cooled by opening windows. Fortunately, it was quite cool outside and we were able to achieve a comfortable temp this way.

The hotel lobby was giving out small tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls), which was a thoughtful touch and they tasted great. The room was clean and the facilities were in good condition. They even provided some snacks. A really good choice for a stay!

The room was very clean and tidy. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant servers were incredibly warm and attentive, and the breakfast spread was superb.

Traveled with my child and parents for Chinese New Year. On the first day, we went to Wenshu Monastery nearby to watch a performance, which was a great experience. The hotel itself was also excellent, and everyone in my family was very happy.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, both times for two consecutive nights. The room is spacious, and the hotel experience is excellent. It's also conveniently close to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, so we walked everywhere. After dinner, walking back to the hotel was a great way to burn some calories – not too far, not too close, just perfect, and very quiet. The staff at the lobby were very welcoming and enthusiastic. It's a fantastic place, definitely worth the high praise!

The room was clean, with a beautiful river view. I loved the separate wet/dry bathroom and the large bathtub. The children's toothbrushes and slippers were a nice touch.

We had such a comfortable stay that my family unanimously agreed we should book it again. The large bathtub was a major plus – perfect for a relaxing soak while watching TV. Being able to order takeout and snacks was great too. We got a wonderful night's sleep, recharged our batteries, and were ready to keep exploring. All in all, it was fantastic!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay! Every step, from booking to check-out, was seamless and pleasant.

· Location: The hotel's location is excellent. It's right by a subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get to all the attractions and shopping districts. The surroundings are also very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep.
· Room Amenities: The room was more spacious and tidier than I expected. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom's wet/dry separation was well-executed, and the toiletries were of good quality. The city view from the window was fantastic!
· Staff Service: I have to give a special shout-out to the staff! The front desk personnel were friendly and professional, handling check-in quickly. The concierge proactively helped with my luggage and gave recommendations for nearby restaurants. Any issues I had were addressed very promptly.
· Breakfast & Facilities: The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's gym and pool were also well-maintained, adding a relaxing touch to my trip.

Overall, this was a fantastic value-for-money experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit this city and will recommend it to my friends!

The hotel room was absolutely amazing — spacious, with a large bathtub, separate shower and toilet. The only drawback was that there was nowhere to hang clothes. There’s also a laundry room on the 5th floor. The location is very convenient — within walking distance to the bar street at night and the morning market in the morning.

Excellent hotel, clean facilities. Breakfast was good with varieties. Location is about 20min walk to Chunxi road but close to a very lively bar across the river opposite hotel. At night time, section of the street hotel is on is lighted with beautiful lanterns and the river is lively with many people walking and sitting.
