Located right at the intersection of Chunxi Road, just a 5-minute walk from Taikoo Li, this hotel is incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also very close to the metro station. The hygiene and environment are excellent. The young lady at check-out even gave me a parting gift. The hotel also offers travel photography services. My first experience here was fantastic!

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is fantastic, right outside the most bustling Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. There are chain restaurants, local 'fly' restaurants, and bars all around, and it's very close to the subway station. We chose a twin room, and you can push the beds together to make a huge 2.4-meter bed, which was perfect for our family of three with no stress at all! The noodle bar at the hotel's breakfast is a must-try – the Dandan noodles, tomato and egg noodles, and clam vermicelli were all delicious! We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit!

This hotel came highly recommended by a friend, and from the ground floor lobby to the 15th-floor reception, you can immediately feel Hyatt's distinctive and unique design. Stepping into the room, you'll notice that all the control switches, handles, and even the tables and chairs seem a bit lower than in standard hotels. As someone from Beijing, I initially found this slightly uncomfortable, but once I got used to it, I actually found it quite interesting—a unique regional touch and thoughtful design. A special shout-out goes to the buffet at their Cafe restaurant; I ate there four times in two days! In a city renowned for its food, I think that speaks volumes about its exceptional quality. I'll be posting photos as proof soon. Secondly, the service was excellent, from the reception staff to the restaurant hosts, everyone was professional and enthusiastic. Special thanks to Coco and Mr. Ai from Xinrui Travel Photography for their thoughtful service. I definitely plan on returning.

The room was spacious, and the location was very convenient. You could even see the pandas' bottoms from the room, and the service was excellent.

This was my second stay, and it was just as convenient as the first. The service was very thoughtful; they had child amenities prepared for my little one in advance. We even got a lovely surprise: the housekeeping auntie made an elephant for my baby, who was absolutely thrilled and insisted on taking it home. My child was so reluctant to leave! I hope to stay here again next time we visit Chengdu. The only minor drawback was Chengdu's weather – it was cloudy and rainy for several days straight, so we couldn't properly enjoy the view outside the window.

Environment: I've stayed here many times, and the interior is quite well-maintained, especially considering it's been open for a long time. I hope they continue to keep it up.
Service: The staff are very enthusiastic. Even when the delivery cabinet was full, they helped me bring the food to my room.

The hotel stay was excellent! It's super conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk to Chunxi Road. It was my birthday on the day I checked in, and the hotel thoughtfully decorated the room and even gave me a birthday cake. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.
