We stayed at the Pan Pacific Tianjin during both the beginning and end of our trip to China, combining business with leisure, and it was an excellent choice.
The hotel’s location is perfect, with many attractions within walking distance and beautiful views of the Haihe River. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after busy days.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was welcoming, attentive, and eager to help. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, and they consistently made us feel valued as guests.
The breakfast offered a great variety of both Asian and Western options, and the Executive Lounge was a lovely place to unwind with excellent food, drinks, and attentive service.
As a GHA DISCOVERY Titanium member, I felt genuinely recognised and appreciated throughout our stay.
I would happily return to the Pan Pacific Tianjin and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure.

I was there for 4 days, 3 nights on a business travel, I was stayed in a executive room which has complementary drinks and plenty of water bottles. No limitation. Emily was at the checking counter and she speaks English and very helpful and friendly staff member.

This hotel is right by the Hai River, making it super convenient for getting around. The facilities are all pretty good, breakfast is plentiful, and the pool is clean. The Cantonese restaurant inside the hotel isn't overpriced either. What really stood out was the excellent service from the front desk staff – they really made my stay a happy one. Highly recommend!

A big shout-out to the hotel's excellent service. Upon arrival, they immediately offered biscuits for the kids to feed the seagulls. They were also very patient and helpful with directions and any other requests. The complimentary afternoon tea at the executive lounge on the 29th floor was lovely, with a great ambiance and warm service. A special mention goes to Tang Qian, the breakfast supervisor, who was incredibly thoughtful and attentive to guests' needs. She helped us with our coffee and showed us to our seats. Her service truly impressed us.

The hotel's location is great, with EV charging stations available, and it's super convenient for getting around. You can even see the Tianjin Eye from downstairs. The evening spread at the lounge offers a good variety and is substantial enough to replace dinner. Manager Du was incredibly helpful and attentive, patiently assisting me with a room change.

The location is fantastic, and my stay was very comfortable. The Haihe River scenery is beautiful, and it's very close to the Tianjin Eye. It's also just a few kilometers by taxi to attractions like the Porcelain House and the Five Avenues, and getting a taxi in Tianjin is super convenient and affordable.

The overall stay was great. My friend came to visit me, so I booked this hotel for her, as it's close to the Haihe River and Dongzhan (East Station). The hotel offers good value for money, being a brand-name hotel, and there were no issues with room cleanliness or overall service. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation and a bathtub, which is very convenient. We checked in at night and had a relatively good rest. The next morning, we even went for a swim before checking out a bit later. Getting around was very convenient. Staying on a Saturday for 499 RMB was definitely a good deal.

Fantastic hotel, excellent value for money! The staff were incredibly friendly and there was plenty of free parking. The location is superb, right by the Haihe River's Jingang Bridge, very close to the Tianjin Eye, and you can even see many seagulls right outside. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Tianjin.

My stay was fantastic! The front desk staff, especially Elsa, was so warm and thoughtful. I was rushing to catch my high-speed train and felt exhausted. Elsa was super quick with my check-in and even patiently recommended some relaxing, off-the-beaten-path spots nearby. Leo from the concierge team was also incredibly helpful and kind, assisting me with my luggage. The hotel overall was very clean. To top it off, they brought me a warm glass of apple water at the end – a truly gentle touch just for me in a new city.

The hotel's location is great, just a few minutes walk from Ancient Culture Street, and directly across from the Italian Style Street. The Haihe River is right downstairs. Even though the city's attractions are concentrated, I still took taxis quite a few times because I wasn't familiar with the way. Overall, it's pretty good, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Going down at 9 AM on a weekend, many items were already gone, and they weren't replenished, even though the stated breakfast time was until 10:30 AM. I hope they can improve this.
