Four Seasons Hotel in Tianjin

Great location, perfect for a family trip. We had our whole family with us, and with young kids, we didn't want to overdo it. This hotel was a fantastic choice and saved us a lot of time.

I stayed here during the Chinese New Year, and after an initial phone call, all my personalized requests were met. Upon checking in, the front desk staff, especially Xiao Du, provided excellent service. When I left, she helped me with my luggage, and since I'm pregnant, she even walked us out. The service was incredibly thoughtful, and I want to express my special thanks.

We checked in that evening and had afternoon tea at the executive lounge. For dinner, we enjoyed our New Year's Eve feast at the Zhongyun Chinese Restaurant. Overall, the experience was great, and the service was very smooth. The check-in process was also very good.

Room service was excellent as well; they made the bed and were very responsive to all our requests.

On the morning of the first day of the New Year, we watched the lion dance at 9:18 AM, which was very lively and fun. It's great to have a festive atmosphere for the New Year, full of holiday spirit! Breakfast was also very pleasant. Overall, everything was quite good.

Just a few suggestions:

1. The afternoon tea could be improved. The coffee wasn't great, there were mostly biscuits, and the selection of desserts, nuts, and fruits was limited, with only a few types of fruit—a whole pear was just placed on the tray. It didn't quite match the overall quality of the hotel.

2. Although the TV in the room had no issues with audio and video, the picture quality wasn't clear enough. When watching the Spring Festival Gala, the subtitles were blurred, and I couldn't even see the actors' faces clearly during close-ups; it was quite fuzzy. I asked room service to adjust it, but they said it couldn't be fixed. Both TVs, in the living room and bedroom, had the same problem. The TV content wasn't clear enough. I hope this can be improved.

Every time I choose Four Seasons, it feels like coming home. I have to say, Qi Yuan is simply incredibly thoughtful. All my requests were meticulously handled. Because I was traveling with elderly family members and a child, I requested an extra bed, and she proactively arranged a non-smoking room even before my arrival. Next time I'm in Tianjin, I'll definitely choose Four Seasons again, and I'll be sure to look for Xiao Qi!

The Four Seasons Hotel has an excellent location, with Metro Lines 1 and 3 right downstairs, providing easy access to many attractions – truly convenient for exploring the city on foot. Below the hotel, you'll find Joy City and the IFC Mall. Head left out of the lobby, and you'll discover a maze of streets and alleys filled with all sorts of interesting shops. The hotel staff are professional, enthusiastic, and patient. Plus, the people of Tianjin are very welcoming to tourists, often using polite phrases like 'Excuse me' or 'Here you go' and 'Have a good trip,' which are very pleasant to hear. One day, a few of us were discussing how to get to Jinwan Plaza when a Tianjin local lady overheard us, turned around, and came back to tell us exactly how to get there.

Spur-of-the-moment trip with the kids, Four Seasons was our top choice for exploring the city. It's in a prime location with amazing food options. Perfect for a city walk or grabbing a shared bike to visit the Wudadao historical residences and gardens.

Tianjin is romantic, and Four Seasons made it even more so. Celebrating New Year's Eve with my loved one here was truly special. I'd particularly like to thank General Manager Qi for the meticulous preparations and arrangements; they created such a wonderful stay. The service quality and emotional value provided were impeccable. See you next time!

It's been ten years since I last visited Tianjin, and it has changed so much! I only had three days, so I chose this Four Seasons hotel, which is located right above a subway station in the bustling downtown area. Overall, I was very satisfied.

Facilities: The room space was ample, and the functional areas were particularly well-divided. The pillows were just to my liking, and the most thoughtful touch was the heated floor in the bathroom – it felt so good to come back to after a cold day out.

Environment: There were quite a few construction sites downstairs, and two apartment buildings across the street. However, the night view and city lights looking towards Tianjin Station were absolutely beautiful. The location is unbeatable; it's convenient to get anywhere by subway or taxi. For someone who grew up strolling along Binjiang Road, it felt like coming home.

Service: From getting out of the car to taking the elevators, I felt well taken care of every time. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful and attentive. I absolutely loved Tianjin!

I've stayed here many times, and each visit is always great. Xiao Qi, who handled my check-in, was especially wonderful – patient and friendly. The breakfast was as consistently good as ever, and the Christmas tree in the lobby was simply beautiful. The afternoon tea was also lovely! 🎄 A perfect weekend, and the kids loved it ❤️

The heartwarming service deserves praise from everyone!

Bringing my 80-year-old sick mother to Tianjin for a business trip, our stay at the Four Seasons Tianjin far exceeded expectations. The hotel made an exception and allowed us to check in early. The cleaning staff on the 15th floor had already placed anti-slip mats and, knowing my mother was unwell, provided extra drinking water, saving her the trouble of waiting and moving around. The executive lounge staff thoughtfully drew a blessing card for my mother, delivered afternoon tea to our room, and specially asked the restaurant to prepare soft, well-cooked noodles. Selina also specifically reminded her breakfast colleagues to pay special attention to my mother. Their consideration for the elderly's dietary needs was truly impressive, and the entire service was meticulous and thoughtful.

Such warm service added a touch of comfort to an otherwise busy business trip. Although the toiletries weren't ideal, I genuinely recommend this hotel!

The hotel environment is okay, but the room is not cleaned well. The room is very small, the air conditioner doesn't work well, and the ice maker only dispenses water. The service is extremely poor.
