Beautiful building, modern and kept to very high standards - much more than other Sofitels stayed in. Staff were good, English a little weak in places but translation is fine.

Great live music in the bar, stunning rooms, and a fairly easy DiDi to most places in the city.

Breakfast was excellent if a little inconsistent in terms of what was available / displayed each morning.

By all standards, the Sofitel Hangzhou Yingguan is a 5-star hotel. You'll love everything about it. The hotel is new, technologically advanced, and offers excellent service. The bathrooms are a special treat!

Excellent hotel. Despite an unfortunate situation, the hotel was really good.
We stayed at this property as a family for leisure, and throughout our stay, the staff member was kind and genuinely helpful.
Hotel: A very modern and beautifully maintained property, exactly what you would expect from a Sofitel. The room was excellent in every aspect, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.
Staff: professional and very kind.
Food: Exceptional buffet dining experience. I only regret it opens 2 or 3 days a week.
Facilities: Great facilities.
Location: Great location.

The Sofitel Hangzhou Yingguan is centrally located in Xiaoshan District. The elevators provide direct access to Metro Line 7, making it incredibly convenient to reach West Lake and other attractions. On the second floor, there's a Western buffet restaurant, with à la carte options available as well. The third floor features a Chinese restaurant offering a blend of Hangzhou and Cantonese cuisine. The fifth floor boasts a 24-hour gym and a swimming pool. The facilities are excellent, and the guest relations team provides fantastic service!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the butler service was very enthusiastic. Free parking is available with plenty of spaces; you just need to register your license plate at the front desk, which is very convenient for self-driving guests. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance! The breakfast spread is rich, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. The service staff are also very warm, actively checking in on guests, and even warmly wished us well when we left – truly thoughtful. The overall service is fantastic and worth staying for!

There are restaurants and convenience stores all around, and even a parent-child center close by. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer a wonderful view, and it was lovely to take a walk in the evening. I had a great time!
