This is an old five-star hotel in Xiaoshan. I stayed here ten years ago and came back recently for something nearby. You generally can't go wrong with an old five-star, and apart from being a bit dated, everything else is perfectly fine. The room and overall environment are quite good!

This hotel could be considered a landmark in Xiaoshan, with its golden spire visible from trains and elevated highways.

It's very popular with families and children, offering a swimming pool and a kids' club (pay once, and you can access it throughout your stay).

The hotel also provides convenient shuttle services to Kaiyuan Senbo Resort and Kaiyuan Xiaoshan Hotel.

My only confusion was that I booked two deluxe rooms for three consecutive days: one a twin room on the 28th floor, and the other a king room on the 37th floor. I'm not sure why the mini-bar and fruit amenities differed – the king room got them daily, while the twin room had nothing. Even the toiletries in the rooms were different.

Overall, I'm still satisfied. The concierge desk offers wheelchairs for free with a deposit, which really helped me out in a pinch.

I'm quite satisfied. The room had no peculiar smell, the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was decent. They even included tickets to the Senbo Water Park, which was a huge bonus! The beds can be combined, making it perfect for families with children. Check-out was convenient; I just left my luggage in the box at the underground parking lot.

Our stay at New Century Grand Hotel in Hangzhou was pretty good this time. We hope they'll offer a king-size bed package in the future; we'd definitely come back. The lady at the front desk was quite beautiful – Hangzhou certainly has a lot of pretty women. The swimming pool water was a bit cold, but thankfully our child didn't catch a cold.

The facilities are great, the room is spacious with a bathtub, and the six elevators make for smooth access. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection and is quite delicious, truly living up to its five-star rating. They provide a full set of disposable amenities for children, and during the May Day holiday, there were plenty of engaging activities for kids, which my child absolutely loved. This hotel gets a huge thumbs-up for being family-friendly.

On the downside: I didn't like the strong perfume smell in the lobby, and my ears popped on the higher floors. I'd recommend choosing a lower floor.

The hotel is located in the city center, right next to MixC shopping mall. It's also conveniently located near a subway station, and parking is free. The breakfast spread is quite generous. Just for the two free tickets to Senbo Water Park they gave us, it definitely deserves a 100-point rating!

The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway and a shopping mall just a short walk away. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and the cleanliness is excellent. All the staff members are polite and enthusiastic.

The hotel's decor is a bit dated, but the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is quite extensive, but the quality of the food could definitely be improved – it feels like a waste otherwise. The playground on the 3rd floor costs 30 yuan per child. The hotel is conveniently located opposite a mall, and the subway is right downstairs, making it very easy to get around and find places to eat.

Stayed in a suite. The afternoon tea was great, with delicate pastries. Not many people were eating, so they weren't replenished often, but the macarons were especially delicious – small and chewy. There's also a swimming pool and a steam room. Breakfast met expectations. Not sure why, but I felt sick and threw up in the evening – need to take care of my health! Check-out is at 1:30 PM. The bathtub comes with bath salts; a bath bomb costs 5 yuan.
