Park Hyatt Hangzhou in Hangzhou

Located at busy street (do get the hotel to give u a card if you are going out, the taxi may need to refer to it to send u back.

There's a restaurant attached to it, that serves the famous crab around Sept to November which is the right season. Breakfast if purchased earlier gets 15 to 20 Rmb cheaper per pax.

Room is not big but great , somewhat clean and with a nice big bathtub next to the bed. My room comes with balcony so it's only located at 1st (ground) floor, so we have to close the curtains all the time.

*We found a tiny centipede on the bed in the morning so wasn't sure if it slept with us throught the night.*

You may ask the front desk to help you call a cab to the nearby west lake area but be prepared to pay a hefty amount when u come back unless u order the cab with app.

I chose the Park Hyatt for my business trip, considering its proximity to my destination and the airport. It's about a 30-minute drive from the airport, which is perfect for catching an morning flight the next day without feeling rushed. I hadn't stayed at the Park Hyatt in Hangzhou before, and when the taxi pulled up, I was a bit worried the experience might not be great because the hotel entrance was incredibly discreet. However, after staying two nights, I was really satisfied with everything (aside from the hidden entrance).

The overall design of the hotel, including the hallways, room doors, and the rooms themselves, was excellent.

The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options. I enjoyed sitting by the window, eating breakfast while admiring the river view. It's a shame the weather in Hangzhou last week wasn't great; it was quite grey and hazy.

The hotel is right next to MixC shopping mall, so I could do some shopping after work. The luxury beauty counters at MixC Hangzhou are all on the first floor, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. Last year, when I was here for work, I only had time to browse the designer shoe and bag sections.

Extremely satisfied with the service! I celebrated my girlfriend's birthday here, and the hotel arranged a lovely room decoration and birthday dessert. The flowers I sent to the concierge were also delivered to the room promptly before we arrived. Whenever I called for something, it was delivered very quickly. The room view was excellent, offering both city and Qiantang River scenery. I'll definitely be back again.

The hotel room was comfortable with a great view. I really liked the toiletries provided. The hotel breakfast was also very rich and the scones were a unique highlight. My stay was excellent.

I really love the decor and high-floor views at Park Hyatt Hangzhou. The service was excellent too; Luis added me on WeChat beforehand and meticulously arranged everything.

A highly recommended hotel experience! :)) The location is super convenient for shopping, right near MixC, and it's not too far to get to West Lake by taxi. The room facilities are all new and excellent. I particularly loved the thoughtful touch of the plum blossom light projections on the wall at night. Banner provided incredibly detailed and attentive service, and the breakfast, well, let's just say the quality was fantastic. Overall, it was superb! It completely recharged me at the end of my vacation. I'll definitely be back~

The hotel room was very satisfying, luxurious, and the front desk staff had an excellent attitude. Breakfast was quite good, although the servers were a bit too quick to clear plates. It was a bit awkward when I went to get some fruit in the middle of my meal and came back to find my noodles and cutlery already cleared away. The transportation is especially convenient with three metro lines to choose from. Overall, the Park Hyatt is a very good hotel and worth staying at when you visit Hangzhou.

The hotel's location is great, right next to MixC, making shopping and dining very convenient. It's also close to the riverside, perfect for a stroll. The hotel breakfast has a good selection of Western pastries, and the Chinese flatbread is delicious. The welcome fruit was a generous plate of white strawberries, which was a nice touch. The doorman was friendly and welcoming, the front desk was standard, but I didn't experience much service elsewhere; it felt a bit superficial.

Staying at the Park Hyatt Hangzhou truly feels like touching the clouds in Jiangnan. The lobby on the 37th floor offers expansive views, and the room design is elegant and stylish. The floor-to-ceiling windows with river views are perfect for photos, day or night. The amenities are the classic Le Labo 33, and the悦轩 (Yue Xuan) restaurant delivers consistently excellent and surprising dishes. The service is gentle, appropriate, and just right. Tucked away amidst the hustle and bustle of Qianjiang New Town, it offers a quiet sense of luxury. It's a supremely comfortable stay, whether for a vacation or a short visit, and definitely one of Hangzhou's top luxury hotels worth experiencing.
