The location is fantastic, with West Lake just a stone's throw away. The room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy. From the 8th-floor platform, you get an unobstructed view of West Lake on a clear day. Highly recommend staying here!

1. It's close to West Lake. Just cross the street and you're on Hubin Road Pedestrian Street. 2. The room was quite spacious and clean. 3. You can see West Lake from the top floor, but if you go too late at night, it might be locked. The first time I went, it was indeed too late and I didn't get to see it. 4. The room does show a bit of age, but the Chinese-style decor is actually quite comfortable.

The hotel's location by West Lake is excellent, with convenient transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. It's also very close to Wuling Night Market. The view from the 8th-floor terrace is beautiful. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Right by West Lake, you can see it right from your window. Waking up in the morning and going for a run by the lake, then coming back for a delicious and hearty breakfast, is just wonderful. Parking is convenient, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!

We booked a twin room with a lake view, and we could see West Lake directly from our room. The view of West Lake from the hotel's rooftop was absolutely unbeatable (I've included a picture). Breakfast was excellent! The cleanliness and service were both great. The staff were very polite.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to West Lake and Shaoniangong Station. It's super convenient for taking the West Lake buggy and boat rides. It's also near Wulin Night Market, so after a Jay Chou concert, you can easily head back to the hotel and still grab a great bite to eat.

What impressed me the most was the service from our butler, Wanfang. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly proactive and responsible, providing attentive care from check-in to check-out. She reminded us of important details, fulfilled every request, and responded incredibly fast, making us feel secure and warm even far from home. The hotel itself has a great location, and is clean and quiet. Combined with an excellent butler like Wanfang, the experience was perfect, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel boasts a great location, making it easy to walk to Bai Causeway. From both sides of the hotel, you can enjoy different views of West Lake. Although the rooms are a bit small, they are well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. The butler service is very warm and attentive, which likely contributes to its high occupancy rate. The 8th-floor Chinese restaurant serves delicious food in an elegant setting. It also has a lovely terrace, perfect for afternoon tea or for taking in panoramic views of West Lake – definitely a must-visit spot at the hotel!

The hotel's location is super convenient, it's very clean, and the self-service breakfast in the morning was great. All the staff I encountered were really enthusiastic. Next time I visit Hangzhou, I'll definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommend!
