The surroundings are beautiful, the hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is warm and attentive. I'll definitely be back! It's worth noting that if you're a union member, you get a 200 RMB voucher daily to spend at the restaurant, and the Chinese restaurant's food is quite delicious. A special thank you to Ms. Jennie Chen at the front desk who checked me in; her care during our three-day stay made my family and me feel right at home.

I came here in December to see the maple leaves, and now with the hotel being in the off-season, the prices are great, so I brought my family back again. Nine Creeks is practically deserted in winter, offering a rare tranquility. The hotel's service hasn't diminished due to the off-season; it's still warm and attentive. Honestly, it's much better than it was in its first few years. The hotel breakfast has also seen innovations, with freshly made *cifantuan* (sticky rice rolls) now available, which are very popular. I'll be back after Chinese New Year!

I didn't realize Beiwang Pavilion was also available through trade union benefits, which would have made it a bit cheaper, though with fewer inclusions than what's listed on Ctrip. The room was spacious, a little dated, but very clean and hygienic. The carpet had no strange odors, and the air conditioning was warm and quiet. Plus, there was a large balcony with great air circulation. The toilet wasn't a smart one, but the shower pressure was excellent. Breakfast was very satisfying; while the selection seemed small, the ingredients were high-quality. The vegetables were tender, there was beef short rib, and the coffee and milk were good, providing a nice balance of nutrition and flavor. The front desk staff and the golf cart drivers I encountered this time were all very friendly. The golf carts even had towels on the seats to prevent them from being cold, and the metal door handles were wrapped in cloth – it felt like they really paid attention to the details.

I can definitely feel an improvement in the hotel's service, and the facilities are getting an upgrade too. They now have a kids' playground and an animal park, making it perfect for family activities. Highly recommend staying here, thumbs up!

A beautiful hotel in green and peaceful surroundings. Professional and accommodating service. Buffet breakfast with many options. Clean swimming pool and indoor playroom for kids. Outdoor playground in beautiful nature. Spacious room with amazing balcony overlooking nature. Will surely come back!

The hotel facilities are quite old, and there was a strange smell in the room that required airing out. Since it was the off-season with few guests, perhaps that's why the breakfast selection was very limited and not very tasty. On Saturday, when I went around 9:30 AM, some items were already out and weren't refilled until the end of breakfast, which was very disappointing. The hotel is located inside a scenic area, so self-driving or taking a taxi is recommended. Taxis are inconvenient, and food delivery is also difficult to get there. It's very quiet at night. If you're planning to hike Jiuxi, staying one night would be suitable. The staff's attitude was quite good; they even helped deliver food orders to the room.

Hotel is at a lovely location and with good service and breakfast. It is surrounded by beautiful tea plantation and waterfall. Great to spend your time hiking there.

The hotel is located within the scenic area, offering a beautiful environment and excellent service. The food was also delicious, and they even surprised my child with a birthday cake. We'll definitely be back!

The room, while not brand new, is well-equipped and well-maintained. The bathroom, in particular, features a smart and comfortable double-sink design that's very convenient to use. Coupled with its excellent location within a scenic area, I highly recommend it. Union members also get extra benefits. I'll definitely be back!
