The hotel boasts an excellent environment, offering a secluded and tranquil corner of West Lake all to itself. We stayed at this hotel for one day. The hotel is located between hills in a picturesque area, surrounded by trees. It is clear that the hotel is quite old, and it would be nice to refresh the rooms and the lobby. The room was fairly spacious with a large window. However, the room needs more thorough cleaning: there were cobwebs on the chandelier, dust on the floor, and the bathroom had yellow stains

The hotel is very good, the front desk is very friendly and the service is in place. When checking in, you will be greeted with a smile. The hotel's scenery is absolutely beautiful. The only downside is that the room was a bit small. We rented a car from the hotel to Wuzhen, and it was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced with no smoke smell – definitely a huge plus for the smoke-free environment!

This hotel has a great atmosphere. The hotel garden offers direct access to West Lake, and it's right across from Leifeng Pagoda. My booking through the platform was delayed, so the hotel upgraded my room. The bathroom was very spacious. Breakfast quality was good. However, the hotel's own restaurant, Wenyin Pavilion, was not very good value for money.

The hotel was clean and the towels felt fresh and trustworthy, though the room itself was a bit small. Our chartered driver was excellent – very patient and provided fantastic service. Thumbs up! 👍 The price was fair too. I'd love to come back during spring or autumn if I get the chance.

Excellent location, a 5min walk from this view of Leifeng Pagoda (last picture). Breakfast was at a nearby restaurant, the staff was friendly and helpful and I had no problem locating it.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is superb, right next to West Lake. Parking is convenient, service is attentive, facilities are comprehensive, and the price is reasonable. It's just a 5-10 minute walk to West Lake, and breakfast is available on the first floor. The rooms on the 5th floor are great.

The hotel's location is truly superb, right by West Lake. It's also very reasonably priced. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was very quiet and clean. Ideal for anyone visiting West Lake.

The room is a bit on the smaller side, but the location is absolutely fantastic. It's right next to West Lake, and the entrance to Willow Waves in the Oriole's Song is literally just outside the door, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The whole place is very clean and well-maintained, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The feeling of a hotel stay can really vary depending on the circumstances. When you finally arrive at a much-anticipated, charming hotel and step into a room that's warmly decorated with a pleasant view outside, you're immediately filled with a sense of delightful surprise and coziness, as if you've discovered a warm little sanctuary on your travels.

The environment is comfortable, the space is well-designed, clean, and the service is comprehensive.

The environment is great, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. They even boiled hot water in advance, and proactively upgraded our room for free based on our situation. They also provided a children's toiletries kit. The only minor issue was that the pillows were too soft, but everything else exceeded our expectations.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Amazing scenery only for the hotel guests, very good room and breakfast. It is also a blast to work with the photographer 果果, she is very professional and funny. However, do bear in mind that the photographer might push you to purchase all the photos (only provided 5 free photos). We think that the photos are very pretty so we just purchased all of it.
