JI Hotel (Hangzhou Xixi Longhu Tianjie) in Hangzhou

I've wanted to visit Hangzhou for a long time. I saw that the hotels near the West Lake were either expensive or old, so my friend recommended this hotel. It might be a little far from the West Lake, but it's very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel is also a newly opened hotel this year, with a high cost performance, very quiet, close to the park, not facing the street, and the service of the waiters is also very enthusiastic. It's not very convenient for a girl like me to carry luggage. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and asked me, but I was actually embarrassed and finally helped me with my luggage. I give them a thumbs up. The room is sunny, warm, clean and tidy. The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas, with complete facilities. The staff are very enthusiastic. I forgot to take my things when I checked out on the last day. The hotel also contacted me in time and helped to deliver the goods. I am very grateful to them. I was very satisfied during my stay and felt the feeling of home. I give them a thumbs up 👍. I will stay at their house next time and recommend it to friends and family.

We'd like to mention specially the Front desk manager who was very helpful and caring, arranging the best rooms for our family and guilding us to the breakfast while we were not sure where to go and what to eat, the other two gentlemen in the morning also patiently helped us to register over the phone coz we had no idea how to navigate. Also my sons were surprised to find a McDonalds' just next to the hotel, and a convenient store just opposite to the hotel, my wife enjoyed a crab dinner... A v pleasant stay even just one nigt in Hangzhou, we'll probably visit more Hangzhou and will definitely consider this hotel as our stay there.
