The hotel has old facilities, but every room has a canal view! The service was excellent! From the room attendants to the restaurant staff, everyone was very warm and professional! The restaurant manager was especially enthusiastic. When I went to get water for an elderly person at breakfast, the waiter didn't understand, and the manager immediately took it, poured the water, washed the cup, and was...

We received a complimentary upgrade to a large suite with an excellent panoramic view. It offered views of the Grand Canal at night, as well as overlooking the museum and the square. A very cost-effective hotel.

An amazing hotel, great location and service.

The hotel room facilities were truly disappointing. Leaks and damage were everywhere. The showerhead sprayed water more intensely than a firefighter's faucet, making showering impossible—I wonder if it could even extinguish a fire! The only redeeming quality was that breakfast was a bit late, but when we went to the restaurant, the waitress still let us sit down and presented us with all the remaining...

This is the best experience we ever have in the trip! The hotel is so good we will definitely like to stay again!! And thanks manager Ms. Lee's help. She did fullfill everything we need with generosity and expertise.
