The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the subway station. The room was a bit small and breakfast was just okay. The pool was decent. Service wasn't enthusiastic; the front desk and restaurant staff were expressionless and rather cold.

This time, during my stay at the Longxi Sheraton Hotel, my son accidentally left his backpack on the sofa in the billiards room. I contacted Jason from the hotel, and he quickly helped me find it. Since I was already on my way back to Shanghai, Jason even assisted in mailing it to my home. This is a truly excellent hotel, and I'll definitely be back next time! 😊 Service: Excellent

Overall, my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Hangzhou was quite good. The space, comfort, and service were all satisfactory. The room was very nice and clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

It was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. I had a very happy five nights stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, so I was sad to go back home.

The room is OK, but the soundproofing is not good. The shower upstairs was too noisy in the middle of the night. There were mosquitoes in the room, and the mosquito repellent didn't work.

The small speaker downstairs kept blaring until 8 or 9 o'clock. There are not many places to eat around, but there is a small shop downstairs that can meet basic needs. The door of the shower room faces the bed, which is not very understandable. It is a bit far from the subway entrance, Didi fare ranges from 7 to 13 yuan, and the bus station is also a bit far away.

The curtains do not block light. The water temperature is unstable, hot and cold.

This hotel deserves a five-star rating! The staff was incredibly thoughtful; they even called to confirm if we were bringing a child for an exam. To accommodate our child's exam schedule, they adjusted breakfast earlier. They also thoughtfully provided earplugs in the room.

I was very satisfied with my room, the experience was great, and there's a gym. Overall, it's very good.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the location is convenient, and the service is thoughtful. The check-in experience was super comfortable, 10/10 recommend!

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety. It's also very close to the subway, so I definitely recommend staying here.

A perfect stay! The hotel's design is stylish, the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept soundly all night. All the staff were smiling, proactively greeting guests and offering help, which made me feel very welcome. The location is convenient; nothing is too far away. The breakfast was exquisite. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends!

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. It’s clean, comfortable and affordable. I have booked in different branches and I have never been disappointed.

Value for money! The rooms were renovated not too long ago as they looked quite new. We booked a total of 6 rooms. Happy that we got upgrades on some of the rooms. The hotel is a about 20-30 mins drive away from West Lake. Breakfast was considered good for its price. Enough variety for 2 days of stay. One good thing about this hotel is it has free self laundry at the 5th floor with 2 washing machines...
