Location is good. Room is clean. The towels were smelly. Need better washed towels

Value for monies. As everything inside room is very class, new and clean. The 2 beds are double-bed size for Twin Room. Hotel is 5mins walk to Metro station and High Speed train station. Foods wise, nearest restaurants are in the B1 of High Speed station. There is a small noodle shop next to hotel entrance and Luking coffee nearby

My first time and I am impressed with the front office friendly engagement despite language limitation. Room very spacious for single occupancy, comfortable bed after a hard days work. Complete toilettories.utilities functiojing well. Really no cigarette encounters in the room and toilet. Helpful front desk when i needed iron and ironing board.When i think Hanghou,Metropolo will top my accomodation...

The service provided by He Panpan at the front desk was very good and I was very satisfied.

The breakfast is rich, the room is spacious, the street view is good, and it is very convenient to Hangzhou East Station, which is only a five-minute walk away. There was a small problem, and the hotel manager handled it through communication. Overall it was very good 👌👌👌

The breakfast was so-so. The staff was talking very loudly during breakfast. There were bloodstains on the quilt. When I asked them about it, they actually said it was fresh. Was it caused by a customer?

The room is clean and tidy, the air conditioning is powerful, the waiter is attentive, the environment is good, I will stay here again next time I come to Hangzhou

The hotel is very close to the East Station, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there. Because I had to catch the high-speed train in the morning, I had to leave the hotel at 6:30 in the morning. The hotel breakfast was originally not available until 7 o'clock, but the front desk lady Zhizhi specially prepared a packed breakfast for me. It was a big bag, very rich, fresh and delicious.

Excellent, very clean, and the service was attentive. They even recommended a great noodle shop. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room facilities were excellent and very comfortable, with many thoughtful and user-friendly designs. This was the most comfortable stay I've had on any trip. I had a lot of packages, and the front desk staff were all incredibly warm and responsible. They helped my friend and me a lot with various things. Highly recommend!

Great location if catching high speed train as it is less than 10 minutes drive to Hangzhou East Railway Station. Not so close to metro station but can conveniently take didi. Lots of eateries downstairs and nearby. Free bottled water can be requested from front desk. However, soundproof isnt that great

This hotel is located right inside the Hangzhou train station. Although it might be a bit hard to find but hotel give good description on how to locate the entrance. you just have to pay extra attention to signs and really focus on looking and following instructions. Excellent location as near to railway, mall, eateries etc. Convenient. V noisy despite assigned a "quiet room" upon request. knocking sound heard throughout night for both nights. Can't sleep well. absolutely not recommended for light sleepers. Bed or mattress is too hard too. V uncomfortable and unlike typical hotel standard. Night Receptionist also not v helpful.

Convenient location just at the station, plenty of food options
