Given Hangzhou's heavy traffic, this hotel's location is super convenient for tourists, with easy access to public transportation like buses and subways. You can even walk to West Lake, Hubin, and the Intime shopping center. The hotel's service and facilities meet expectations, and the breakfast is pretty good too.

This hotel is conveniently located near West Lake, right next to Intime Department Store, and very close to Longxiangqiao subway station. It's super convenient for business, hospitals, and shopping, making it a top choice for tourists.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but that's a minor detail. The service, the quality and thickness of the towels, bath towels, and bathrobes are all excellent 👌🏻. The Kohler shower head has great water pressure, making for a very comfortable shower 🛀. The room rate was low, offering fantastic value for money, and I even got a suite upgrade, a welcome gift, and complimentary fruit. I requested a late check-out, but traffic delays made me late regardless. The staff were incredibly understanding, which made for a great experience. I'll definitely choose Metropark again next time („• ֊ •„)੭

The hotel room has a smart layout and is well-equipped and maintained. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, the AC is quiet and doesn't disturb sleep, and the toiletries are great. The cleanliness is impeccable; there's not a speck of dust in any corner. Overall, the environment is quiet and comfortable!

Very close to West Lake Scenic Area and Metro Line 1, which makes getting around super convenient. This is my second time staying here, and they even provided complimentary fruit and snacks upon check-in.

This hotel definitely isn't five-star, barely even four-star.
1. The environment is very cramped, with limited space, especially the bathroom.
2. The air conditioning is practically useless; turning it on makes no difference. It was stuffy and hot at night.
3. The hygiene wasn't great, facilities were old and stained in many places.
4. The breakfast selection was poor, not much different from a chaotic market; you had to rush to grab anything.
5. Soundproofing was bad.
6. There's no elevator from the underground parking garage to the lobby or rooms.

The lake view room at Metropark lived up to all my romantic imaginings of West Lake. From the bustling streets outside the window to the clean and cozy room with thoughtful amenities, every detail exuded comfort. Falling asleep to the city lights at night and waking up to the lively atmosphere of the pedestrian street in the morning, all without having to rush around – it's like embracing the city's vibrancy right from your room. This is truly how travel should be, so incredibly healing!

This is an older five-star hotel. The room size is decent, but the bathroom is really small; even one person feels cramped in there.

The service is good. They offer a welcome gift, welcome fruit, and even a late-night sweet soup. Most other hotels only provide two of these, but this one gives three, which is a thoughtful touch.

There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the mini wontons are freshly made.

The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around. They upgraded our room directly upon check-in, which was a nice surprise. The front desk and room service staff were all very welcoming and attentive, always happy to help. When we requested a late check-out for one of our rooms, it was processed quickly. Both the interior and exterior of the hotel were clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were in good condition. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
