Four Points by Sheraton Hangzhou, Binjiang in Hangzhou

The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the subway station. The room was a bit small and breakfast was just okay. The pool was decent. Service wasn't enthusiastic; the front desk and restaurant staff were expressionless and rather cold.

This time, during my stay at the Longxi Sheraton Hotel, my son accidentally left his backpack on the sofa in the billiards room. I contacted Jason from the hotel, and he quickly helped me find it. Since I was already on my way back to Shanghai, Jason even assisted in mailing it to my home. This is a truly excellent hotel, and I'll definitely be back next time! 😊

Booked this hotel for our trip to West Lake with the kids during the May Day holiday.

**Environment:** Very clean, and the location is decent. It's about 6-10 kilometers from West Lake, making it convenient to get pretty much anywhere. If you're driving, I'd recommend leaving your car at the hotel and taking a taxi or riding a bike around.

**Cleanliness:** The room was very clean and tidy, and well-organized.

**Service:** The staff were really enthusiastic and even helped us check the crowd levels at West Lake.

**Facilities:** The hotel also comes with a swimming pool and a gym, so the facilities are quite comprehensive.

Definitely consider this place if you're visiting Hangzhou!

This time, I brought my child for an important exam, and my stay at this hotel far exceeded expectations. It was comfortable and reassuring throughout, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone traveling with a student for an exam.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, close to the exam venue, ensuring smooth travel without needing to rush early, allowing my child to get plenty of rest. The biggest bonus was the free parking service, which made self-driving convenient and worry-free, with absolutely no concerns.

The room was clean, tidy, quiet, and well soundproofed, ensuring undisturbed rest before the exam. The overall amenities were comprehensive, and it offered excellent value for money. From the thoughtful service to the convenient location, everything made us feel settled and satisfied. I'm thoroughly impressed and will definitely prioritize this hotel for my next visit.

Traveling with my family, including the elderly and a child, we had a really great experience here. 'Orange' at check-in was incredibly nice, answering all our questions and fulfilling every request. She had an excellent attitude, even proactively offering toiletries for the child and helping my elderly parents with their luggage. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast offered a rich selection of both Western and Chinese dishes. We'll definitely come back next time!

The front desk staff were very thoughtful and upgraded our room. We encountered a minor issue in the room, but the housekeeping staff and front desk were very helpful and resolved it quickly. Overall, it was a good experience. The room was spacious, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable! I especially loved the mirror in the room, it was great for taking pictures! It's also close to the subway, so I'll definitely visit again if I have the chance! Hope the hotel continues to thrive!
