Great location. It has a balcony/terrace overlooking (partially) the see. Very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good value, a worthy step up from an Airbnb. And yes, Split is beautiful;)
We stayed in the deluxe room with sea views. The room was modern, very clean an welcoming. Mateja was very helpful all the time. We had an issue with our reservation in booking but she managed to sort it out. She even went out of her way to organise breakfast earlier than normal so we could eat before going to the airport.
To me the location is ideal. Very close to the city centre but far enough to enjoy the quietness.
