Don’t judge a book by its cover, while the outside may not look like much, the inside is absolutely awesome. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the main promenade, and we felt completely safe walking back at night. The host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating, making our stay feel personal and easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Split!

The hotel is very clean and in the city center, within walking distance to the old town and the seaside. The service is also very thoughtful and recommended.

Perfect Place
This was a great place and run extremely well. It was in pristine condition in terms of cleanliness and decor. Raphael, who runs the place, was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond. Coffee and tea are included and there is a mini bar available but there are so many restaurants around you won’t need it. It’s a very, very easy walk to all the main tourist spots without having to stay right in the middle of it all.

Lovely room for a short stay.
Stayed for a quick overnight in Split, it's conveniently located a short 12-15min walk from the Old town. Its clean and tidy although the host needs you to confirm a lot of information about arrival so that they can meet you so you need to keep that in mind. There is parking on the street if you have a car but it's first come first served, public street parking. The room was fine for a night or two, just ensure the air con is working before you let the greeter leave. Bathroom is clean and nice, towels etc all fine. They have a mini bar but shops and bars are not too far away either. The town is beautiful in the summer so well worth a trip regardless of where you stay. Overall I can recommend and would stay again.

It was a really good place to stay. The owner was really kind and helpful, and the place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked the bathroom, and I especially liked the shower room. And when I was taking pictures with people who were cosplaying as Roman soldiers during the palace tour in the city, I got a 40 euro tip, but he took care of that too. He called the tourist area manager and warned them and got my money back. It was a personal incident, but even if I set aside the help I received, it was a good place to stay. Parking is on the street nearby. It was a bit of a nerve-wracking parking method, but I had a good stay for 2 nights and 3 days without any major issues.

I really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect for me. As a big beach person, the hotel is close to Bacvice Beach, it’s like a 8-minute walk. And it’s like 13-minute walk to Diocletian's Palace and the pier for my boat trip. The owner also recommended some good restaurants for us to explore and asked us constantly if we need suggestions to do in Split. They are really helpful!! The room is also really clean and I love the fact that many towels are provided in the room. Also, when I had told the owner we would check out at 10am the day before check out, my friend suddenly had a diarrhea and puked in the morning, the owner was so nice that allowed us to check out at 11am instead!

As a solo traveler this was a great location that not only felt safe but gave me time to recharge. The room was bigger than imagined (which is always plus) and despite being semi street level the windows are sound proof, with black out shutters. Small grocery store across the road and an easy walk to the main ***** of Split. After leaving I rebooked another stay, high recommend.

The hotel is very nice and in a perfect location. You're about a 10 minute walk from a couple of beaches and also the old town. The gentlemen who owned the hotel is very friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was really comfortable and had everything we needed, including a mini-bar. The balcony in our room was nice to have. One thing I'll say is that if you need to have a 24 hour front desk, it's not that kind of hotel. It's the new style of European hotel where it's a few nice rooms in an apartment building. While they didn't have a concierge or anything, they were in touch via Whatsapp and made sure that you weren't in need of towels or anything else. Very good service and I would stay there again.

Room is absolytely stunning and soundproof as well. You won't hear the street traffic. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom spacious as well.
8 min walk to the beach and 15 min to Old town Split.
There's no reception but host made sure i had everything I needed.
Parking is tricky on the street but free.
The building on the outside looks old and could use some paint.
Overall good value for money.
