Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed, and the pool was emptied after one day, despite perfect swimming weather (23 degrees Celsius and sunshine) and despite the promise that the outdoor pool would be open during our stay, as requested in advance. We had an amazing time at the hotel, the workers were always helpful and welcoming, the room was perfect and the hotel provided a good variety of things on site such as the cave bar or the two swimming pools. One thing I would note is the hotel is 30/40 minutes walk away from the old town or Taxis are about €8.50.

We booked a room through trip.com which based on the picture led me to believe that the room had a balcony with a view of the sea.  Room was an interior room with no view.  Feel clearly misled by trip.com’s advertising and will use a different site when booking our next room.  Was in Greece and Croatia for three weeks and this was definitely our least favorite room.

The hotels in this city are not cost-effective, but the location and facilities of this hotel are justified. There is a band playing by the pool at night, and it is crowded during the day. The service attitude of the front desk still has the flavor of yogoslave, which is integrated into the capitalist European countries but also has the arrogance of a state-owned guesthouse.

The hotel's hygiene and environment are very good. The hotel is located in the Lapad district, suitable for tourists who like quietness. There is everything nearby, including restaurants, supermarkets, public beaches, local tour meeting points, and bus line 6 goes directly to the old town.

Dubrovnik does not have a lot of hotels compared to the vast amounts of tourists that come here (mostly there are apartments or mini hotels). The bigger ones that are, are pricey to say the least (especially when booked last minute). Hotel lapad is fine. When I was here it was full with pensionados on package tours. Quite busy everywhere, but if you can avoid the crowded spaces you're fine.

This was our first stop in Croatia. A relaxing retreat by the ocean. We loved the breakfast, easy parking, walkable to restaurants and the beach. Everything was very clean and we loved the sauna and pool. The pet fee was really expensive in comparison to other places but otherwise great, I’d recommend and stay again.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic time staying at Hotel Bozica. The accommodation was clean, great facilities and the staff were all excellent. From the cleaners, to the bar tender, to the waiters/waitress, kitchen staff and receptionist. All were so helpful, spoke excellent English and couldn’t do enough for us. What a setting! This is a delightful hotel with just 30 bedrooms. This is an island opposite an island in a clear sea! Fabulous. Booked directly with the hotel and used the suggested transfer from the airport. Very happy we did as it was super special to arrive by speedboat! Food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were charming.

A note for sailors. The hotel's service is excellent for moored boats. Special thanks to the owner for the two hours of hard underwater work on the stuck propeller. For mooring, 24-hour access to the restroom with showers, a swimming pool, water, and electricity on the quay, we paid a reasonable price for an excellent dinner.

Can not comment on the food. Had a late arrival so no dinner. Breakfast next morning was not possible, had to leave early for a bus trip. So no breakfast. Dinner on the second day, missed that, bus was late, breakfast on the day that I left was reasonable but not more than that. The middle-aged gentlemen at the reception are of no use whatsoever. Perhaps this hotel is better of with a self-check in...

it shows it was a 3-star hotel but in my opinion it is a 4-star hotel. The photos on Google map were not up to date. The rooms have been renovated recently and it was modern and neat. Location is great because there is a bus stop 5 mins walk away directly to the old town so it is a great hotel.

Location at a mid point of a side street but reachable by uber.
