it shows it was a 3-star hotel but in my opinion it is a 4-star hotel. The photos on Google map were not up to date. The rooms have been renovated recently and it was modern and neat. Location is great because there is a bus stop 5 mins walk away directly to the old town so it is a great hotel.

Location at a mid point of a side street but reachable by uber.
Greeted by an arrogant old aged male receptionist, who lacks intention to help or explain things clearly such as breakfast availability and venue ,etc.

Room clean and spacious, bathroom amenities modern and water temp and supply make great showers. Lightings great.

Breakfast good choices of sauces, types of milk, main food such as eggs, cold cuts average tastes.

Other receptionists are welcoming and helpful that make us feel respected. So important to train staff that can boost business.

I took Uber from the airport to the hotel.

It's a little far from the old town, but it's a quiet place.

There are restaurants nearby, so I had dinner there without going to the old town.

The hotel was new, so the room had a new smell.

It's a little far from the old town, but there's a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient, and there's also an airport bus. The room facilities and soundproofing; the hotel's food and service are all excellent, especially good!

Although the quality of the breakfast buffet was mediocre, I was satisfied with the location, convenience of facilities, and cleanliness of the accommodation. In particular, it was very convenient and satisfactory as it was easily accessible from the old downtown tourist attractions.

Brilliant hotel right by Lapad. Best part of Dubrovnik is a stones throw away and easy transport or even walking distance to town. Clean hotel, friendly staff and a truly amazing breakfast to kick start your day! Will be back!

Enjoyed staying here for 2 nights. Receptionist was very welcoming and helped us checked in/out easily. Room was clean and big, and had a balcony view as expected. Buffet breakfast starts early and lots of food to choose from! Only downside of this hotel is the location as it is far from the old town and most restaurants although it is close to the beach. Will recommend this hotel especially if you will be driving around Dubrovnik.
