Family owned and operated with a wonderful staff: at the front desk Katerina, Damir and 15 year old wonder-kid - Vinca. Franco, our waiter for 4 nights was excellent. Great food/menu variety with large portions, fresh and delicious. Great views of the Adriatic Sea. A bit too cold to use their beautiful infinity pool.

The services offered by this hotel are impeccable. In addition to the pool and direct, private access to the sea, the view is magnificent. The breakfast is decent, comparable to the best hotels with beautiful surroundings. The small apartment and the restaurant food, which doesn't match all the other highlights, are also disappointing.

Comfy soft beds and nice clean well sized room with a balcony. Very good buffet breakfast and pleasant English speaking staff. Close to the main bus stop and not far from old town.

Very clean, the room was quite spacious, and the service was friendly. The only downside was the hairdryer; drying my hair was such a hassle.

Regret for staying only 2 nights here. We book a room with balcony and the views are just breathtaking. I could wake up in the morning and seat at the outdoor sofa looking at the sea view for hours. The accommodation is good, clean, and the service is very good. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. The breakfast is also good, delicious, and looks good to eat. It's right on the beach, so you can go swimming. It's very convenient, but it takes a bit of time to get to Old Town, but it's walkable.

The hotel staff were all friendly, the included breakfast was excellent, and the hotel facilities were clean. I chose an ocean view room with a jacuzzi, and we were able to enjoy the fireworks that marked the start of the summer festival. If I were to return, I would definitely book here.

Wonderful dual beach here - from both sides - both sides of the peninsula. Parking, shower and a cabin to chage clothes. Two restaurants, boat or jet ski rental. They got it all here.

Good hotel with good food and a lot of calm

The hotel is very big with old-fashioned rooms, small bathrooms. But they were always clean. Food was tasty. We didn't like hotel beach so we mostly enjoyed the pools. The personal was really friendly and helpful. We coudn't sleep becouse of the noisy parties and the loud music.

The bedsheets were dirty, but the staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic. No water was provided in the room. The biggest drawback was the lack of an elevator. It was difficult to carry heavy luggage upstairs.

It's a little far from the old town, but about a 20-minute bus ride. There are many restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are clean.

Good day. The hotel is located on the seashore, in a very beautiful place. The hotel and the room are very clean, everything works. The breakfast is very good. It is a bit far from the city center, 40-50 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by taxi, the trip costs about 5 euros. I can safely recommend this hotel for a vacation.

My friend and I had a great time. Paula was very kind and always available to help us. The room was very clean and the sea view was spectacular!! They have their own parking lot on the street, but unfortunately there are only four spots. Dubrovnik city center is 20 minutes away from the apartment. I first booked a room for 6 days, but then I saw there was also an appartment available, so Paule (the owner) changed it for me, for almost the same price! I am so happy and grateful about that. It was the best lodging for a short trip to Dubrovnik with access to all the attractions. It was clean and very comfortable. The mini-kitchen was also very convenient. I would stay there again.

Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice. Other than that it is a great space up several flights of stairs.

Pack light, you’ve got 4 flights of stairs but it’s worth it and they will send someone to handle your luggage if needed. The room was really great, and the location ideal.

The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was clean, and the customer service was perfect. The only complaint is the poor condition of the pool; it wasn't well maintained, with quite a bit of mold and a dirty pool area.

We visited Dubrovnik for our friend's wedding. I cannot fault the hosts at all - they pre-arranged transport for us from the airport, very helpful as travelling with a two year old. Hosts were very helpful, and explained the easiest ways to get around, as well as showing us on the map where specific places were (shop/bus stop etc). Even carrying our cases upstairs, great! We stayed 2 nights. It was walkable, picturesque and great for the price. The rooms are dated however very comfortable. Great dining options on the Port side. Great craft beer place close by. Breakfast was adequate however, lack lustre. Good option if coming in by bus. Transport options galore.

Nice hotel whit good location. Staff was wery friendly. But we wondered why the pool had not been cleaned properly, There was quire a lot of algate at the bottom of the pool, disgusting. Very warm welcome at the Art Hotel Dubrovnik. I highly recommend a room with a sea view to make the most of your stay. Breakfast on the terrace is a highlight to start the day off right, and you only need to walk down a few steps to enjoy the sun on the beach or explore all the restaurants on the pedestrian street.
