The room was absolutely delightful with all the amenities you could ask for and so comfortable. The owner was so helpful and gracious. It was perfect!
Our host, Dube was great! She made sure everything was in order, and made us feel very welcomed! The apartment was very nice, clean, and had every accommodation we needed. The location was quiet and cozy.
I highly recommend Stayeva 11!
I would highly recommend this
I was looking for a special place to stay inside Dubrovnik old city walls near the Sea and near the old port and away from the big crowds. Stayeva 11 was just that perfect location – near the old port to take boat trips, plenty of restaurants around, and also near the ocean where you can enjoy a beautiful Sunset. The owner was very nice and she arranged for us a pickup from the Dubrovnik airport...
Honeymoon stay.
My husband and I Had a wonderful stay this October. The room was clean, great location, and host was absolutely great. She was so accommodating, even had a breakfast box made up when we had to leave for our flight very early.
A very charming, fully updated, well appointed property located next to the Old City Wall. The host Dubravka was very welcoming and hospitable. She met us outside Ploce Gate on our arrival, led us to the property and got us settled down nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
It has got the great location within the old town, only a few meters away frm the entry of the city walls.
The host Dubravka met us during the check in, provided a lot of information regarding where to eat, shopping, attractions. We have had a great experience in Dubrovnik.

Our 3-night stay at Scalini Palace in Dubrovnik was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. We stayed in a city-view room, and it was truly top-notch - waking up to those views every day was a highlight of our trip.
The room itself was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The location couldn’t have been better...
Convenient location with few stairs compared to other locations. Staff were helpful. Great to have a mini kitchen. Modern, clean.
Breakfast choices were excellent and delivered in our room at the time requested.
Property locstion is also a plus.
We enjoyed the most amazing stay at the Scalini Palace.
The staff, the room, the location, the breakfast in the room were all amazing! We cannot fault any part of our stay and would definitely come back again!
It was the best lodging for a short trip to Dubrovnik with access to all the attractions. It was clean and very comfortable. The mini-kitchen was also very convenient. I would stay there again.
best location. Centre of old town.

Beautifully located, easy access to bus to Old Town. Lots of restaurant and bars within walking distance. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Bathroom need updated to change bath to make it easier to access.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, the staff is very friendly and always greets with a lovely smile. They also offer a paid dinner buffet which was very nice and had different variations. The location was my biggest highlight, the views where amazing, it is just a walking distance from the beach and beautiful restaurants🥹
Hotel Uvala, Dubrovnik—A Perfect Base
Hotel Uvala proved to be an excellent choice for a trip to Dubrovnik, offering the ideal mix of comfort and convenience away from the Old Town hustle.
📍 Location & Transport: Top Marks
The location on the Lapad Peninsula is fantastic. The greatest asset is the transport link: the bus stop is right outside the hotel, providing a super easy, direct route (Bus...
4 night stay in Dubrovnik, 15 minutes from old town with spectacular views from the hotel and a local bus that stops right outside the hotel every 20 minutes and costs 2.5 euros. The Lapad area where the hotel is located is a destination in itself, away from the crowds and with so many wonderful restaurants, cafes and hotels nearby to enjoy coffee, meals and sunset drinks.
The hotel breakfast was excellent...
Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights, and honestly could not fault it. The best part would be the location - the bus stop where you are able to get a 15 minute bus (2.50 euro) into old town is literally on the hotels doorstep. A 2 minute walk down, and you are at lapad beach! It was perfect. Me and my partner only had breakfast included, i personally wouldn’t want to be here all inclusive as...

Location was amazing beautiful views overlooking the beach and the sea. The hotel was really clean and had friendly staff. The rooms are really clean modern and had a nice balcony. The Aircon works perfectly and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was decent, nice choice of pastries and fruit Very good value and would return the only drawback would be the amount of steps up or down to the hotel...
If go by Uber go to hotel komodor, we went by the hotel name and had to walk down a very long set of stairs. Otherwise the hotel is so beautiful. Photo taken from room balcony
Great views from rooms' balcony, hotel's location is perfecto just 10 min walking to main bus lines to Dubrovnik. The área is very lively with plenty of bars and restaurants.Only negative point is that to get to The hotel It is necessary to take stairs, even so it's worth staying.
Very warm welcome at the Art Hotel Dubrovnik. I highly recommend a room with a sea view to make the most of your stay. Breakfast on the terrace is a highlight to start the day off right, and you only need to walk down a few steps to enjoy the sun on the beach or explore all the restaurants on the pedestrian street.
I want to thank you for beautiful experience in your hotel. View from balcony it's astonishing. For hotel with 3 stars, for me it's like 5 ***** Food was delicious, service was very pleasant, staff it was fantastic. Special thanks to Ivan , Clara and Nikola.
Super friendly staff, nice location, good breakfast.
But be careful, if you stay for only one night and arrive late (they will give you an option of self check in), they might give you a room with a tiny window looking out to the concrete back yard, giving an impression of sleeping in a souterrain apartment. It was awful, never experienced anything like it in a hotel that promised lovely rooms with...

This is a great base for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. The Villa is a house built on four levels. The bottom two are the hosts and the top two floors are split into four apartments and two bedrooms. We unfortunately booked the bedroom which was very small for a double room. There was a fridge, kettle and facilities but it was cramped. The bathroom was a reasonable size. It was spotlessly...
We moved to Villa Panorama after spending 4 nights in hectic Dubrovnik. Plat is a great location if you wish to experience the local life of Croatia. Within walking distance you have more than 5 beautiful beaches to choose from. The sea is crystal clear. Our room was fitted out tastefully, it had wifi and satellite TV, and a balcony with views of the sea. The sunset was spectacular from our balcony...
My friend and I had a great time. Paula was very kind and always available to help us. The room was very clean and the sea view was spectacular!! They have their own parking lot on the street, but unfortunately there are only four spots. Dubrovnik city center is 20 minutes away from the apartment. If you want to relax with an incredible view, I recommend this place.
I first booked a room for 6 days, but then I saw there was also an appartment available, so Paule (the owner) changed it for me, for almost the same price! I am so happy and grateful about that. The appartment is amazing and super clean. She cleans it every day! This I did not know, which made me even happier. It had all I needed, also a Moka coffeemaker. You can also rent a beach towel for 5 euro...
Absolutely loved staying here! Paula and Drago were so incredibly kind, helpful, and made you feel like family ~ love them so much ✨and there is a family of turtles that live and roam the grounds there!!

Great place to stay, not too far from the old town by car. Nikola was so helpful and gave us loads of information about the area and things to do in Dubrovnik. Apartment was clean and spacious and had a lovely view. Recommend doing the boat trip that Nikola suggests as it’s a lovely day out! Would definitely return!
Hi we have booked this villa for next may half term as it looks lovely but upon reading some comments it seems that the owners doesn’t really like children and me and my husband have two children ages 14 and 6 and now I’m really concerned as we we don’t really want to be treading on eggshells all week. This was our 2nd visit to Croatia, the first time in Cavtat a few years ago. We found Mlini much quieter, but still with plenty to offer. Everything was fabulous. I can’t speak more highly on how I was treated. Everyone from owners to employees were kind and helpful. In fact, the rare instance of being just perfect. Breakfast was super with long hours to eat, and my omelette was made to perfection. And the view, couldn’t be beat. The family has generations of operating the hotel.
We only stopped here for an afternoon drink before returning to our boat back to Dubrovnik. However the staff were very attentive and service was very good.
Ljubo Glavović , thank you for your hospitality and for the room at the top of the hotel which offered the best sea view , the breakfast was delicious. 🛵🛵 Top tier , I will be visiting again with my future wife 💯
Great place. Family run hotel on perfect location.
Exceptional hospitality and top-notch service. The staff’s warmth, attention to detail, and genuine.
The owner was a very kind person. There was a risk of boat cancellations due to bad weather on the island, but he arranged a private boat for us and even checked the wave height with us until the next morning. We were leaving early in the morning, but he had prepared salami and orange juice for the children, which warmed our hearts. We would love to go back and visit again.
This hotel has a great location and a classic stylishly retro ambiance. This is a very comfortable, welcoming, family run hotel with beautiful rooms overlooking the sea. The room was cheap and was easy walking distance to the TP Line Ferry. The breakfast was very good for the price. The room was a bit smelly and the 2 single beds we selected on ******* was a double (mistake at the property).

Warm and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable. Great wifi. About 15 minute walk from the the Old Town. We liked being able to get away from the masses of people inside the walls. Very peaceful location. Villa Katarina is (like a lot of places in Dubrovnik) on a pedestrian only walkway with stairs. Close to several mini-markets that carry the essentials.
Our hostess, Katarina herself, made us feel very welcomed in her home. The individual apartment rooms were clean and satisfactory for our needs. A lovely terrace in the sun to have happy hour and Katarina graciously gifted us some local wine, beer and oranges right off her trees in the yard. Beautiful garden. We had an easy walk down to Old Town.
Very sweet and friendly host. Comfortable accommodation with nice view from the window. The only issue is that this place is listed as Villa KatErina on Google. Villa KatArina is at a different location about 5 km away. I went there first and had to pay extra for my taxi. I did inform the owner of this.
Beautiful location with a clean room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Had a great time at Villa Katarina. Easy and convenient check in and a great centrally located property.
Area felt very safe and secure, nice patio, renovated interior. Owners were very nice and welcoming! Only thing was that the shower was a bit small and water would get everywhere on the floor.

I stayed here with my 4 children and it was excellent in every way! A very friendly family run this who welcome you at checkin. it does have some crazy parking available on the road and entrance. But after that they manage moving your car if you have one. Very convenient place to stay. Room was comfortable. It's a family home and owners are relaxed and helpful. ******* listed laundry facilities on site however that wasn't the case. We used the nicest public laundry just a short walk from Villa Dard. We didn't need our car so it was parked onsite for 3 days.
Located outside Old Town only 15 minute walk but uphill. Wonderful attentive host. Free parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Nice to be outside the craziness of Old Town Dubrovnik but it is a bit of a hike up if you’re not able bodied.
Read the fine print when you book as it says one has to give advance notice if want to use free parking. They still accommodated us. The pictures have since changed to show the correct inside as when we booked and what we got, was different. Also be aware there are no elevators. We had to carry the luggage to 3rd floor. I use Google Map frequently and almost always with good result. But here is a prime example of how it can be seriously misleading. Assume that you approach Zaton, which is north of Dubrovnik, from the north (e.g. Split). As you enter Zaton, Google directs you to leave the main coastal road (Jadranska Magistrala) and make a sharp left turn into Bulet road. This is a winding, narrow road that has...

Villa Babilon was in general a nice place to stay, very nice and friendly staff! One thing we missed badly was some hooks to hang our towels or clothes, now they were everywhere and that was not nice. But this was the only thing we missed, all the other things were good.
I went here for a week with my partner. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was ok.
The food which you order from the menu is very good, but the buffet breakfast with the room is bad. There was only like white bread and couple fruits. The staff made an exception with us and gave tasty omelettes with the breakfast, thanks for that!
The rooms are nice, toilets and showers...
View from 3rd floor is wonderful. Need fan in bedroom. Air from mini-Split doesn’t reach bedroom. Otherwise excellent.

Our stay was excellent. View from the appartment 3 was amazing! Location good, comfy beds and the appartment was clean.
