Every night, from 8:30-11:00PM there are noisy concerts, even there is no people to watch it or dance.. It is quite annoying when you are with small kids. The hotel is located opposite the ancient city, and the scenery is definitely unmatched by other hotels. However, the interior decoration is not worthy of the room rate of about 4,500. The hotel is long, but there is only one place with an elevator. Our room is far from the elevator, and we have to walk a long way to the elevator every time. We spent a few days at Hotel Sipar Plava Laguna in September 2024 and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and nicely maintained, with a calm atmosphere. Most of the guests were German, which is also reflected in the style of service – organized and efficient. We’ve stayed at both Hotel Laguna and Maestral several times with our toddler and always have a great time. We were here for the 2nd Time and it was as great as the first time, if not even better! The staff is really nice and you can see the effort that's being invested in to having a care-free holiday. It's a very nice complex with the beach and pools. Definitly worth it.

Please bear in mind no public transport only taxis which are expensive. Spent 10 days there with only the promenade and bay. Plus hotel seems to cater for german or Austrian guests. Lovely getaway The views are beautiful. And the balconies are spacious but know that your neighbour may be a smoker and the smoke drifts into your room. It is difficult to find umbrellas either at the pool or beach. The rooms are spacious but the bathtub is quite deep and a bit difficult to get in and out of.

I visited in June last year. It was a very quiet resort at that time so plenty of space. Weather was mainly overcast during my visit. There are lots of beach spaces and an excellent area on the water for kids - kind of a bouncy castle for Aqua. many walking and bike trails make it a fun place for an active family.

Everything was excellent once again. The one thing missing was evening entertainment. The resort is very clean. Everyone friendly. Great for families, young and old. You can walk out of your hotel and straight onto the beach. You can stroll along the promenade into Rabac centre where you find shops, bars and restaurants.

We have just come back from here today. Whilst this resort is by no means the lap of luxury but for what you pay it is fabulous. The apartments are huge and immaculately clean and the pool area is stunning with the views out to sea. Yes the apartments from the outside look very tired and could do with a freshen up but please don't be put off.

The service was outstanding especially at breakfast. The food was amazing at all of the restaurants and the front desk was professional and efficient. I will definitely come back.

This property is one of four hotels that share the same grounds. For us that added to the meal, facility, and leisure options. In addition, it’s adjacent to both the seafront and a national park, and is about 10 - 15 minutes walk to the centre of Rovinj.
