Bluesun Hotel Jadran in Tucepi

We stayed here for a week . Our first time in Croatia. The hotel was lovely, but certainly not a 5 star . Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival and through out our stay . The rooms were clean and a lovely sea view. I suggest if booking thus hotel you book a Seaview room . As the from if the hotel faces woodland and gets very little sun . The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the centre. All flat walking . Very nice walk along the promenade along the beach . The meals at hotel are very repetitive. There is plenty choice but stated in better hotels with more choice or theme nights . This didn't have this . Plates and bowl badly chipped and they were still using these . Nearly every bowl I picked up had a chip out of it . Meal times a bit manic with people . Best to go at 6.30pm when restaurant opens or leave it till 7.45pm it appears to get a bit quieter and less manic . Meal etc let's this hotel down and in my opinion not a 5 star . There is no entertainment at this hotel. If you chose to eat out down in the centre . Some places, not all don't expect card payment. It's cash only .
