This tiny little hotel is located inside Diocletian’s Palace compound. They park your car off site for 40 Euros per day. They do everything for you. Steps to the palace buildings, shopping, fine dining.

This hotel is unique, quaint. The staff are charming, friendly, helpful, welcoming. When I was lacking information for the next leg of my trip, they went out of their way to get the information I needed and helped me continue on my journey.

We had a great stay here last summer. The staff was very helpful and professional. The rooms were well maintained and the location of this establishment is very centrally located. There are many restaurants and bars closeby. The beach is 50m away from the hotel.

Super, beautiful surroundings next to the beach

We had a very relaxing holiday. Hosts were very friendly but not intrusive. Beach proximity is excellent, and the place is peaceful without the typical touristy overcrowding and noise. We will return next year.

Located right by the waterfront this 100+ year old villa has super cosy and comfortable apartments, wonderful hosts and all the amenities you could wish for. The spot is perfect for the stay, with just a park between the house and the beach. We look forward to coming back!

Property is nice. Recently renovated. So the rooms are great to stay in. Spacious and great bathroom. It has a nice public small beach in front of the hotel if you don't want to move. Breakfast had limited choice but everything necessary. Staff is very friendly and helps with everything, especially parking.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful (providing baby cot and allowing 1 hour late checkout when the baby's nap went long). Beds are a bit firm for our liking, but the AC is excellent, so we had a good night's sleep. Good value for money!

Noisy, can hear airplanes flying over esp at night. No hot water pot, need to go to the restaurant and boil water yourself. Very convenient to the airport but quite far from the city center.

It was a lovely very clean apartment. We were only overnight as we had a 6:30 am flight. Transportation was provided to the airport. The only thing missing was a microwave. I would highly recommend staying there if you’re visiting the area for a few days or more.

Had to close the patio door and windows to decrease outside noise at bedtime due to being so close to the airport. It took a long time for the room air conditioner to cool the room. I really liked the living room area of the room. Very convenient access to airport for an early morning flight the next day. I would stay there again for this reason.

Very clean and modern. It is an airport hotel so expect to hear some air traffic noise. Nothing too bad though. Again, it’s located 2-5 minutes from the airport so food options are limited, but there are still restaurants, a small grocery store,and continental breakfast is offered. We had two excellent meals at this Hotel . The food is reasonably priced and very good value for money. The service was fast and efficient. The menu is quite varied so should suit all tastes. It’s a short walk from the Hotel Park which is were we are staying and the beach .

We couldn't be happier booking this stay In Split, Croatia. The location is fantastic, a small walk from the Ocean and markets. Very central to the ships and restaurants. My mother, sister and I stayed in split for 4 nights, we ended up eating in the restaurant of hotel villa Diana three times on our trip. We loved it and the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The food is simple but definitely tasty and worth the money. Although we didn’t have a room to stay in the hotel, next time in split I would definitely consider it as an option.

Classic European hotel stop. Glad my kids got to experience staying in a place like this. Walk down the steps and you are in town next to shops, cafes and the Marina is right around the corner.

My friend and I stayed while we were visiting Split. It is located centrally and was less than a 5 minute walk from all the major view points. Check-in was very easy and the staff were very flexible with luggage storage on the day of check-out.

We had the room up in the attic. The receptionist guy was very helpful showed the code to get into the building (will also have it printed on your receipt of your city tax payment). He made sure the boiler for hot water was on and also the air conditioning. Very nice amenities provided, body wash, vanity kit and body wash and the place was very clean. The Villa was perfect for two people very clean the hosts were very easy to deal with. There was a lot of restaurants, shopping and tour companies to choose from all within walking distance. Our host went above and beyond to arrange a town car to take us to the airport On a side note do not use taxis in Split they are extremely expensive and not very honest.

In a great location in the old town a short walkable distance to Diocletian's Palace.and ferry terminals. Many dining options nearby and grocery stores if you want to eat in. However, the hotplate in the top floor unit we stayed in did not work and there was no microwave oven thus limiting our choices. If not for this, I would have given a 4 star overall rating.

Really not sure about this place...the food is ok, the service is ok and beautiful location but just doesn't tick all boxes. We really fancied a dessert/liquor...the staff obviously didn't want us to have one!

Very welcoming and very accommodating hosts for late arrival from the airport, clean accommodation and very good bedding. Simple but hearty breakfast. Only problem. This is a perfectly located hotel on the Riva in Split. We had good breakfasts at the outdoor part of their restaurant. Unfortunately, there were bedbugs in our room but the hotel immediately changed rooms for us and there was no problem in that room. This is a difficult problem both in a hotel and a home and we appreciate their quick response.

The negative is that there is no reception, although there are phone numbers given to you to contact if something is needed, at least the phones are monitored. Malena is lovely and attentive. Exceptionally clean and a nice bathroom which isn’t always the case in these tiny places. It’s in the place central area and hard to find. Also she has no way to accept payment except cash. I did not pay ******* site ahead of time and had to go to ATM to get cash. This should be stated on the website along with 5 flights of stairs to walk up.

Hotel is situated right on the harbour front which is a lovely place to wander along day and evening. We stopped here a couple of times, just for drinks as they were reasonably priced. The service was excellent and the views of the harbour are fabulous! Some of the bars along the front are pricy, but this is definitely worth popping into.

The hotel is right by the castle on the quay side of the old city, so it is an excellent location for exploring the old city and for crossing the bridge to the island beyond the old city.
