I understand the cancellation policy based on the date of the request, but.. Very disappointed with this hotel, which refused to acknowledge the medical emergency. They didn’t agree to reschedule the dates and simply decided to steal what I had paid, even though I managed to inform them a week in advance. No goodwill gesture, a direct refusal without any discussion — unacceptable in a life full of unforeseen events. I do not recommend this place. All our other hotels accepted, as did the airline, because we had official proof. The proof was sent to them as well. They simply ignored it — zero humanity on their part.

Haven’t stayed at the Hotel, just stopped at their restaurant for lunch.
We had a tomato soup, then the grilled salmon and the Greek salad. Everything was amazingly bad, from the quality of ingredients to the taste.

Food was delicious. Had lasagna and pizza with the family. Waiters are top notch. Kind, caring and sooo energetic. Best service in Split!

My friend and I loved staying here! Our room was clean and spacious. Also the staff was very helpful and offered many great recommendations. This location is just a five minute walk from the old town. Highly recommend!

We had two excellent meals at this Hotel . The food is reasonably priced and very good value for money. The service was fast and efficient. The menu is quite varied so should suit all tastes. It’s a short walk from the Hotel Park which is were we are staying and the beach .

We couldn't be happier booking this stay In Split, Croatia. The location is fantastic, a small walk from the Ocean and markets. Very central to the ships and restaurants. The hotel itself has a wonderful group of staff who make you feel very welcome. Their restaurant has an outdoor open area where you can watch the people or traffic fo by. It's overall one of the best.

It's in a very good location, close to a supermarket, beach, old town, harbour,... The room was nice, clean and spacious, though the shower was a little bit odd and the water flooded everywhere. It was very nice and modern though which was nice. It's next to a street but we couldn't hear any noise from the cars. The staff were very nice and friendly and the breakfast was also good. We could choose if we wanted scrambled or fried eggs with the breakfast buffet and the eggs have been made brilliantly. I loved our stay there.

My mother, sister and I stayed in split for 4 nights, we ended up eating in the restaurant of hotel villa Diana three times on our trip. We loved it and the staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. The food is simple but definitely tasty and worth the money. Although we didn’t have a room to stay in the hotel, next time in split I would definitely consider it as an option.

The restaurant is lovely. We ate there on a few occasions. Food was really tasty. Helpful staff, that really make you feel welcome. A really good find. They even reserved a table for us to watch the football one evening. Try the smoothies, they were very refreshing.

Top floor without elevator but staff carried our luggage without blinking an eye. Staff was very helpful with everything, great team! Breakfast was delicious and the room was perfect. Walking distance from the old city centre. When in Split, we can totally recommend this place.
