The hotel's location is ideal near the beach, the staff is always friendly and helpful, the breakfast is perfect, and the dinner is excellent. The hotel offers a variety of activities both inside and outside the hotel, and all the amenities are nearby. Below the hotel is the perfect Bolero café and cocktail bar, and everyone praises the waiters! Highly recommended!

Beautiful and clean. Even in this crisis year, when the hotel is sparsely populated, everything here is top-notch: from the accommodations, the selection of food and drinks, the cleanliness of the premises and rooms, the friendly staff and cleaning staff. For me, it's a 10, not a 5. I would recommend this hotel to everyone because everyone is kind, friendly, and ready to make you feel like part of their family. The entire hotel is superbly clean—from the rooms, the pool, to the hotel lobby. The food is also excellent, from breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant staff is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Come and agree: our Adriatic is beautiful, and our people are wonderful and hospitable. I will come back again one day when I travel to other places.

A difficult one really. Hotel was lovely and clean but for a 4* would have expected a little more. On arrival no complimentary drink which we have got at every other 4* in Croatia. Mini bar not even a complimentary bottle of water. Tea and coffee facilities very minimal. Food was nice but definitely not the hottest and seemed to run out quickly. Luckily not at the beginning of our holiday 400 teachers arrived for a conference/piss up so we got no sleep for the last three nights. Tried to get room swapped but they were dotted all over the hotel apparently. On the 3rd night had to call security to sort. Sadly ruined the end of a good holiday. This hotel could be great as staff very friendly but I think it needs a few things sorted.

Really bad experience
Really bad experience! It felt like they tried to rip us off!
We’ve travelled all over the world and this is absolutely the worst customer service we’ve ever experienced.
We booked a room with mountain view. But there were just buildings and some trees and the room had no balcony as it looked like in the photos. We therefore asked very friendly to upgrade to a room with a balcony. Paying the difference of course! They didn’t have any but told us to wait for two days. They couldn’t tell us what it would cost but the difference on their website seemed okey, so we waited. After two days they still didn’t have a room but told us to come back the next day, then they would have many.
They did, but the next day they gave us an outrages price for the upgrade. Almost double the difference between the categories if you checked their website, for the exact same days! We told them this and the unfriendly receptionist tells us it isn’t true and when I show her she still ignores it and talk a lot of nonsense. Finally, she said that the upgrades have a fixed rate anyway. They could have told us the price the first day then!? This was handled so badly. Even more so since it was obvious that the hotel had emptied at this point and there were many empty rooms available, and we were willing to pay!! I asked to speak with a manager but the unfriendly receptionist wouldn’t let me. I’m truly sad they behaved like this, this ruined our entire trip.

Everything was pleasant. For the probs it was fine but the rooms are small, as us the pool. As far as resorts go, it's basic but good for what it is. Food was excellent. Good access to the shore line and the beaches are beautiful in the area.

Dinner was excellent and the staff were really friendly. We were very pleased when we asked if a dish at the buffet had onions – the cook came out and even offered to make it for us without onions the next day. Such a thoughtful gesture we didn’t expect!

Beautiful view from balcony and just a short walk to rat beach or 10-15 minutes walk to Bol for an evening stroll with a drink before heading back.

This was our third stay here in 3 years, every year it improves in some way which is great to see, as I always worry things will deteriorate and they do not.
All of the staff are incredibly smiley and helpful, more so than any other hotel we have encountered on this trip. Many of the staff have worked here for years which says a lot!
The location is superb and a great walk along the front to Bol Town. We’ve travelled a lot and always compare places to this hotel which we believe to be fantastic.
A special shout out to Dinko the spa manager who is superb, always attentive and helpful and we visit many times and enjoyed treatments. Ivan and Lorian on the pool bar are also fantastic and so friendly

We stayed 3 night amd we where verry impresed. Was not diclosed when putchased from ******* but not just the brekfast, the dinner bufget was included also
