Old Town Ela Place in Split

The studio apartment is small but very functional. There's plenty of space to eat and work. The kitchen had some basic cooking supplies and the pots/pans/utensils were quality. Davor is also a great host.

5 minutes walk from main areas. Ideal for couples who are looking for a clean place to rest wash and go. Would recommend it and would use it again..

They operate a few appartments in the immediate area giving this address when booking. This is was not a big problem since the actual place we booked was under 50 meters walk from this address and the owner swiftly took us there after getting a call from the lady opening the door at this address, and it was exactly as we booked it, and was very nice.

Best thing is to keep the whatsapp/text/phone info so you know where to go directly instead of having to run around a bit like that. Service beyond this point was excellent and value for money.

Location is a few minutes walk from the historical center, but there are shops and restaurants really close by, and it's a quiet area of town at night.

Nice and cosy, clean and sober place near the old town of Split. Just a 5 minute walk away of the historic center of the city. A friendly and veeery helpful host welcomed us with fresh fruit and soft drinks for free! The very best recommendation!
