Due to a medical emergency that required a (nearby) hospital visit, I missed my flight home. I needed a room (desperately) and ended up here: luckily, there was still one room left, that I took.

The staff spoke practically fluent English, was understanding and helpful. The rooms were well equiped and very clean. There was proper airconditioning and the isolation was good: I had a good, recovering night of sleep and could make it to a flight the next day. Great experience!

They didn’t give me the room that I paid for! Was disappointed! I went down to the front desk and asked if they could turn my fan on at least or my air conditioning. They said they did and they never did because it was broken, I found out the next day. It wasn’t working to begin with. The breakfast was a fiasco. It was supposed to be free (included in what I paid for) and then they gave me a bill afterwards for almost €30. After some back-and-forth, they finally took it off my room, bill. Not sure I’d go back there and stay again.

Sia is a small and cosy hotel only about 10 minutes walk from great beaches where I highly recommend Palma Beach Club with friendly staff and easy access to the sea. Our room was spacious and very clean. So was the bathroom. Members of the staff were always willing to help. We also enjoyed stylish decor of Sia.

First of all we paid 3600 without taxes on 3 very average rooms for 4 nights. We didn’t have drinking water in the rooms the whole time!!! The bugs were all Over in three rooms!! The breakfast was below average. We complained to the reception many times but no one took any measures and nothing was done about it. There was no one to bring the bags to or from the rooms. People of croatia are so nice and hospitable but this hotel doesn’t reflect it. I felt that the staff were helpless with no given authority to change rooms or take any measures.

The shower head was broken, making it difficult to wash my hair. The pillows were too high. I was terrified when someone swiped the room card and walked in early in the morning while I was still asleep. Terrible service, terrible stay experience.

I wouldn’t want to come back here mainly because of the service. Some of the staff, especially a few of the cleaners, were really rude and unprofessional. It felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than anything else. It’s a shame because the place itself could’ve been nice, but the attitude of the staff completely ruined the experience.

A very nice hotel, an upmarket "business" style hotel,very contemporary. Very comfortable & spacious rooms. Great Breakfast - wide variety of choices & high quality. Very helpful & courteous front desk staff. About a 5 minute Uber to Old Town & 10 minute walk to some lovely city beaches. Quiet area so equally a nice oasis from the hustle & bustle of the beautiful city.
