The rooms are clean and nice, however, do not let them put you in the attic rooms because more than 50% of the room space is not of human height, including the shower and wc, and you will bang your head over and over again.
The reception is polite and helpful, after we complaint, we were moved to a normal room after 2 nights. It was not made clear enough that we room we booked have such headroom problems and it was not cheap rate either.
The breakfast is pretty standard, and uninspired, so I cannot understand the raving reviews of the restaurant.
the location is ideal to visit the tourist site though.

Great hotel, close to shops and the promenade.

It was great! Staff covered all our needs. Even provided us with an umbrella, closest attractions, and restaurants since it was a rainy and very cold day.

Stayed here for 6 nights after a multiple tour of Balkans.
Very friendly staff throughout the stay, very helpful and brilliant service from.the whole team.
Location is excellent with a nice garden area.
Room was spacious and well maintained.
Breakfast selection plentiful and well stocked up.

This hotel is in a great location to walk easily around Split. The area was nice and they had a lovely garden in the back. The staff was so helpful. Maya checked us in and gave us great info on where to go, eat and what to skip.
The air conditioning worked in the rooms which says a lot for rooms in Europe. We really liked it here and would definitely stay again.

Staff are friendly and helpful, offering many dining and sightseeing recommendations in Split and even in other parts of Croatia we planned to visit in the coming days. I spent many hours in the courtyard enjoying breakfast or drinks, or just hanging out.
The location is excellent and, due to its accessibility, parking, and calmer atmosphere, I believe preferable to anything inside the city walls.
