Location is excellent: This hotel is in the Peoples’ Square minutes from the Diocletian Palace. It has an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcases up the stairs to your room. There are several restaurants nearby and a cute coffee shop that makes great cappuccinos. The breakfast buffet was really nice and had great food options even for a pick eater. The hotel is in prime location for all of the attractions in Split. Easy walk to the ferry port and bus station. The hotel was clean and rooms well equipped. We were on the top floor but rooms can be a little noisy with the restaurants and bars that stay open late and also people coming in and out of the hotel. We did not have breakfast but it did not seem to be open on time each morning and people...

The unit had two bathrooms which was very nice. The place was very clean overall and the little outdoor patio allowed us to dry out some wet clothing. Julija was so pleasant at check-in and she set up a taxi for us for a 4:30AM trip to the airport. The driver showed up right on time.

Lovely little hotel! This is a wonderful little hotel, situated a stones throw from the old town in Split. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again if we ever found ourselves back in Split for a few days!

Perfect place for visiting old town and relaxing on the beach! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and the old town is only 10 minutes away. The room was very nice, with a large, comfortable bed and air conditioning. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind – after check-out, we were allowed to leave our luggage and even take a shower before leaving. Highly recommended!

The place is nice from the inside. It’s essentially an apartment that is split into 4 rooms inside. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is pretty good and close to the city centre. There are no elevators and it’s on the third floor. Would recommend it again!

Such a nice, clean and charming little place. Exactly what I needed. Friendly service. Everything explained in detail. Has kitchen area/eating area, 4 bedrooms, each with its own tv, air/heat, closet and built in desk area, comfortable bed 🙂 and a super clean bathroom. Definitely recommend 100.

The Host was so kind and helpful! He patiently waited for us and explained everything about the area. The place is lovely and so clean. The Location is very close to everything like the beaches, pharmacy, the waterfront and so on. There’s a supermarket near as well. Highly recommended.

It is on the edge of the old town, within walking distance of everything, and parking spaces are available. The view is the biggest highlight. The view outside the window is so beautiful, with a panoramic view of the bay and the old town. It is worth recommending 👍

Duje was extremely helpful and plotted out the places we should visit on a map with a lot of descriptions! Rooms were clean and new. Location is easy walking distance to all the action in split. Highly recommended!

Check-in and parking were a bit complicated, but I was able to park on the hotel property during my stay, and the room was very comfortable. The view of Split's sunset and nightlife from my room was particularly beautiful. The hotel was modern, with ample outlets and everything I needed. The view of Split city from the hotel was breathtaking, making it even more recommended!

The wifi is sometimes good, sometimes bad. The bed and the room is comfortable. There are bugs and mosquitos in the environment around the hotel. Recommended to bring a bug and mosquito repellent liquid. I got 10 bites per 5 minute. Food is good.

For those driving, parking is available right downstairs at the hotel. The host is very nice, and the breakfast is excellent. There are stairs to the entrance, so it's a bit of a walk. It's only a 20-minute walk from the hotel to major seaside attractions, such as Diocletian's Palace. Calling an Uber takes about ten minutes and costs around EUR 10. Choose your preferred method. The only downside...

Rooms are clean, breakfast is delicious, location is 24 minute walk from the riva and 10 minute from the new beach žnjan. Staff are lovely and helpful. Highly recommended

It's a simple hotel, doesn't really feel like a hotel, but it meets expectations well. The entrance seems confusing at first, as it's located next to the restaurant on the ground floor. The hotel suggests it's on the upper floor. There's one small problem: carrying your luggage up the stairs. We didn't ask for help, but I'm sure they would have provided it if needed.
