I’m glad I chose Piazza Heritage Hotel — it’s beautiful and very convenient. The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay. Special thanks to Mario for shuttling us to and from the garage. The whole reception team for great communication from start to finish. Thank you so much!

A welcoming stay Warm welcome from the reception staff member. Only stayed one night but room was lovely looking over the Piazza. Everything we needed was available in the room. This hotel was fantastic and our favorite one of our entire trip to Croatia. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was amazing!! They greated us at our arrival with a cherry liquor and even gave us a cell phone with their reception phone number preprogrammed so we could reach them 24/7 if needed. Their breakfast was incredible, they had a 3 story sampler plates with fruits cheeses...

Loved our stay at Splendida Palace. The staff goes above and beyond. They really care. Dea at the front desk was fantastic and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. The hotel is conveniently located just outside the old town, in a quiet street but a few minutes walk from the center of town. Our room was beautiful, very spacious and super clean. Splendida was a fabulous hotel in the heart of Split. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay an excellent experience. The included breakfast was the best and our room was spacious with a large balcony. The area the hotel is located in is dirty, however--no fault of the hotel!

It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind. The room was perfectly clean. Right in front of the room window, we could see the bell tower of St. Domnius Cathedral. Breakfast was delicious—the bread, fresh vegetables, and local sweets were all satisfyingly tasty. We've never experienced such a wonderful hotel before.

Right in the heart of the old town "palace" area. Exceptional staff. Room just as it looked in the photos and was great. Have to walk maybe 2-3 blocks to get to hotel from any taxi drop off, but that is true of all the hotels in the old town. Can't get anywhere in the old town area by car. t was great to be in the center of all the action. Hotel was quiet. Would definitely recommend highly.

The size of the room is very comfortable w a homely settings and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very generous as it comes w a side bar of fruits and yogurt. However, if you have lots of luggage, you would have to be prepared to climb flights if stairs. It's very close to the old town, but there are many stairs to the accommodation and there is no elevator in the hotel, so travelers with large luggage need to be careful.

Because it's located in the old city, there's no parking and cars aren't allowed. If you have heavy or large luggage, the stairs to the hotel can be a bit difficult. What a lovely B&B! This B&B is located in Split's pedestrian zone, a 3-minute walk from the old town. We stayed in room 106, which is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. It has a clean, generous bathroom with a rain shower. Breakfast is served in the morning on the covered terrace. Location is near Old Town and Diocletians Palace. Rooms are large and bathrooms are great. Beds are comfortable. Staff are lovely. Only down side was a horrible smell of sewerage coming into the bathoom. We had to change rooms due to it, then in the next room, leave the exhaust fan on constantly. Staff say it happens when wind is blowing.

Despite everything, the hotel is located in a central area, which makes it easy to visit the city.

We had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful Sun Spalato apartment in Žnjan, Split, Croatia. The property management team were most helpful and very quick to respond to our queries and provided clear instructions how to access the property. Hope to use Sun Spalato Property Management services again in the future and would highly recommend them!

This place was beautiful to stay in and super close to everything. Toma was super helpful and sent us numerous of recommendations and places to explore. He also met up with us at 11:00pm to check us in as we had a late flight, which was amazing! Palace Tartaglia is super close to everything. I would recommend staying here!

Great spot in the middle of the walking old town. Room was new, comfortable and great AC (a must for summer in Croatia). Only downside is its up about 5 flights of stairs no elevator, they helped carry bags up but your on your own getting out. Would still highly recommend!

I want to start by saying this hotel is pretty hard to find. We arrived and did not have a sims card with GPS yet and we asked two locals working nearby for help that was readily given. But even the people that work 40 to 80 meters had to look it up. They are very very kind. We arrived with our motorbikes and they give us the possibility to leave the bags an our helms before the check in to visit the city... breakfast is super! Rooms are good and silent. My husband hurt his hand and they treated him right away. Very nice and kind people.

The accommodation was spotless and had everything one might need, providing a very comfortable stay. We were very happy to be upgraded to the double suite. Very spacious for three of us. But the layout is a bit strange, probably converted from a residential property. The rooftop is a real plus surprise - the view is fantastic, the pool is so cool. Plus it also has sauna, gym and a jacuzzi - very comprehensive for such a boutique hotel.

I stayed in one of several ground floor (actually semi-basement) rooms that opened directly off the relatively quiet street. Noise was a major issue. This was for three reasons: (1) a window facing street and hidden outside by shutters and inside by curtains behind desk was left ajar. The style of the hotel is very vintage, the room and toilet are very big. Our room located next to the road, not too noisy at night time. We had no problem sleeping. The unit had two bathrooms which was very nice. The place was very clean overall and the little outdoor patio allowed us to dry out some wet clothing. Julija was so pleasant at check-in and she set up a taxi for us for a 4:30AM trip to the airport. The driver showed up right on time.

Check-in and parking were a bit complicated, but I was able to park on the hotel property during my stay, and the room was very comfortable. The view of Split's sunset and nightlife from my room was particularly beautiful. The hotel was modern, with ample outlets and everything I needed. The wifi is sometimes good, sometimes bad. The bed and the room is comfortable. There are bugs and mosquitos in the environment around the hotel. Recommended to bring a bug and mosquito repellent liquid. I got 10 bites per 5 minute. Food is good.

For those driving, parking is available right downstairs at the hotel. The host is very nice, and the breakfast is excellent. There are stairs to the entrance, so it's a bit of a walk. It's only a 20-minute walk from the hotel to major seaside attractions, such as Diocletian's Palace. Calling an Uber takes about ten minutes and costs around EUR 10. Choose your preferred method. Located in the old town, it is ideal for sightseeing. The owner was also kind and I was able to check in safely even though it was late at night. However, the room was small, which was a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if all hotels in the old town in Croatia are the same, but you cannot store your luggage after check-out, so you have to stop by the luggage storage center, which costs extra.
