I will have to say, everything here is top notch. Any inquiries I've had so far have been addressed immediately. They have a 24/7 line that is responsive all the time. I had a hot water pot break on me, nevertheless the owner up front did not charge me, and has continued to give 5 star service. I would highly recommend staying here for location, CUSTOMER SERVICE, and quality!

Hotel is great. Beautiful and historic. Only issue was the loud live music playing in the square. It did end at 1030 every evening though.

Might rate Five Stars, but for failed water heater on day two.
Be sure to ask for a room away from outside, late night bar noise.

Palace Suites Heritage Hotel sits right on Narodni trg (People’s Square). The location works well. You can walk everywhere, with restaurants, cafés, and shops right outside the door.
The rooms feel comfortable and well finished. Clean, quiet, and thoughtfully set up.
The staff stands out. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. They make the stay easy.
I highly recommend it and will go back for sure.

I have rarely left a review before but our stay here was so good. Beautiful place, hosts and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our stay was exceptional! Staff advised us on directions to the city gate where they met and accompanied us to the hotel. Andy, Maria, Chris and another lovely desk attendant assisted us with all activities, meals and helped thru more than one ferry complication. The service is exceptional and the location in the old town square is ideal. You would be mistaken to stay elsewhere in Split!

Location is awesome. Room was very nice. People were incredible. Service was great. Wi-fi was spotty and slow. Bath tub drain kept sticking shut. Showering in 4 inches of water not fun. With just a couple of improvements, this place would be perfect!

Everything about this place was wonderful. Staff will meet you at city entrance and help walk you and your suitcases back to the facility. Hotel was so charming from the lovely bar area to the breakfast buffet. Rooms were well furnished and A/C worked great. 5+ stars for this great little hotel in the heart of Old Town Split!!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home. Every single person went above and beyond, but Andy truly stood out—warm, attentive, and always one step ahead of what we needed. This one of a kind human turned a great stay into an unforgettable one.
The hotel itself is lovely and perfectly located in Split - such a charming, walkable town. We loved being able to wander the streets, explore the local spots, and soak in the atmosphere. It was the perfect start to our Croatian journey, and we couldn’t have asked for a better welcome. Highly recommend!

An incredibly charming property, with a team of staff that is second to none, especially Andy. Gorgeous room, excellent breakfast, and a quaint bar. Perfect central location. Loved this place!
