Modern villa under the same group as Hotel Vestibul Palace. The location is decent, just a 5-10 min walk downhill to the Old Town, or 5 mins away from the supermarket.

Antonia who managed the accommodation was friendly, helpful and responsive.

A great villa. It sleeps four people and allows us to cook our own food.
There are live peacocks on the balcony for you to admire. I think they're the owner's pets. They poop.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and had the most amazing time in Split, there is not enough superlatives to describe the city and surronding areas. We were warming greeted by Tina on arrival after a tranfer arranged by the apartment for us from the airport. She swiftly checked us in and were shown to our gorgous 2 bedroom apartment. 1 bedroom is ensuite and the other one uses the main bathroom, there is also a sofa bed for an additional person if required. There is full kitchen facilites which we used every day for breakfast. Antonia who I think runs the place is an assest to Split itself, she is so warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, She is always available on whatapp if we had any queries. If I could suggest 2 things, a sweeping brush and dustpan for sweeping up crumbs from the floor caused by us having breakfast, the little one provided is not sufficient. A bigger or a more efficient A/C unit in the living/kitchen area as the one provided is not sufficent enough to cool such a large area. The A/C in both bedrooms worked perfectly. Split itself it a stunning place, we were amazed at it's beauty and how friendly everyone seems to be. We ate in some lovely resurants I would highly recommend Chops grill, excellent service and a delicious steak was had by us both. We will be back for sure and will stay in Residence Vestibul Palace again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Residences. The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, modern, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better: tucked away in a quiet spot, yet only a short walk from Split’s Old Town with all its restaurants, attractions, and history right at your doorstep.

The staff were outstanding. Tina and Antonia were always just a message away on WhatsApp, ready to answer any questions, give helpful tips, and even arrange restaurant reservations for us. Their attentiveness made our stay effortless and stress-free.

A special mention goes to the hotel-owned restaurant, Magnus, located in the Old Town. It was by far the best meal we had during our entire trip — a true gem not to be missed.

If you’re looking for the perfect balance of peaceful accommodation and close proximity to all the action, this is the place. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate having a quiet retreat after the bustle and crowds of Split’s Old Town.

ABSOLUTELY nothing bad to say about this accommodation! It is a little difficult to find...we arrived in the dark (after our flight was delayed) and were talked in by Tina from the property...a great help! We had booked secure car parking space....under cover (very lovely in August when the temperatures were 28 degrees +) at a cost of 20 euros daily. The apartments are situated about a 10 minute walk from the centre and were VERY spacious, clean and modern! Peacocks roamed outside but were not a noisy nuisance!....just a pretty sight! The main manager of the property, Antonia , was just BRILLIANT! Helpful, interesting, knowledgeable and, of course, friendly and professional! A great asset to the management team! If we are ever in Split again we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent stay in a ground floor, 2 bed apartment with a large outdoor balcony area. It came with oven and hob with kettle and with a modern nespresso machine - 6 capsules provided! Our host offered to provide linen for the pull down sofa bed in the lounge area so our teenagers didn’t need to share a double. Air conditioner was on point. The two bedrooms were epically chilly at 19 degrees when it was 30 degree heat outside. The lounge shared one unit but it was great too. The place was well kitted out. Plenty of TVs and chairs for a family of 4. Shower was great pressure. We didn’t use the bath. Massive mirror and sink too if that matters to you. The apartment block is home to a family of peacocks that roam outside and currently have 2 young chicks. They are skittish so they didn’t disturb us. Whenever we opened the door they ran off. Really quiet location and just up a short hill from old town. 500m to the local supermarkets and 1km downhill to the ferry port. The roads are really tight so I wouldn’t recommend driving.

Modern apartment with kitchen. Bathroom was resort like. Very friendly and accommodating staff!!! 5-minite walk to Old Town Split. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Highly recommend it!!!

Nice property close to old town. Comfy beds and plenty of towels and kitchen items. The only thing I would have liked is a microwave. Other than that, good stay

Only a few minutes from Old Town. Perfect location! Highly recommend if travelling with a family as it is spacious, clean and easy to access all the highlights of Split.
