We stayed at Tequila Apartments, the apartment is very good location, backside you have direct entry to sea side, where you swim, walk along the costliness and walk to beach, on the other side you are enter right into old town center and at night you have great vibe along the bar aide. The rooms are really well designed with kitchen facilities.

I really do not recommend! It was a very bad experience, I booked for two nights, I arrived around midnight and so I had to check in alone. Everything could have gone well except that the address I was given did not indicate my studio precisely, so I was forced to sleep in a stairwell of a building next door that was open and the boss the next day did not even want to reimburse me for the night that I could not spend. The worst thing was that the woman I dealt with first told me very assertively that the addresses were not precise. Do not go there, there are plenty of other hotels in Zadar!

Don’t book - don’t do it to yourself - there are better options for the same price / location
Reception : mean , not helpful and very impolite.
-room : smells like cigarettes , if you don’t want to smell oxygen this is the place for you -wc and shower : only one shared with 8 people , imagine the dirt and the mess.

The location is the highlight because you are in the very center of the city, the rooms are ok, 8 of you are in the room and share a shower and a toilet. The shower and toilet could be a little better maintained, but that's the only complaint. The reception staff is very friendly and ready to help. Since the hostel is in the center of the city, there can be music in the center at night, so you can hear a lot in the room, and you might have problems sleeping because of that.

I was refused to consume my booking, because I was over 45 years old. I have been in 99 world countries, stayed at hostels from New Zealand to Chile, and have had no such a case. They claim to be “Adults Only”, but actually they accept just guests aged 18-45.

I recently stayed at this hostel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hostel itself was in a great location - close to many attractions and beach. It was also extremely clean and well-maintained, with housekeeping doing an excellent job of keeping the common areas and bathrooms spotless. In terms of facilities, this hostel had everything I needed and more - from a fully-equipped kitchen to a cozy lounge area where I could relax and meet other travelers. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in the area. 5 stars!

The cleaning service is very bad, the bathroom is certainly not cleaned well, because the tube is blocked! The place is also very noisy, with loud music at night. Moreover, the apartment is in the basement, so there is no sunlight, and it smells wet. Also the staff is not very helpful, because the official check-in time is 15:00, I arrived at 15:30 and they told me they needed one more hour to clean my room! So I had to sit at the front desk for one hour and my travel plan was disturbed! This is very unpleasant!

The accommodation is very cheap, so maybe that is why I can forgive the kitchen on the top floor and the crowded room. But I can not look past all the dirt that can and should be cleaned.

I have visited many hostel but this one was the worst one. Friendly staff,Interior of room is good. But when it comes to bathrooms, the doors are horrible. They don’t close, they are broken even if you try to close them properly people behind it can see everything inside

There is nothing special about this place but it gets the job done if you want a centrally (tourist) located hostel option that accepts cards. Travelers were able to book 1 night at a time and extend without issue (during the offseason). Additionally, you were able to store luggage for free after checkout.
The dorm beds each have their own lamp & socket as well as a large locker with its own provided lock - always a bonus! Each floor (3 in total) has their own shower & toilet (our floor's facilities came with a rather unpleasant scent that did not encourage one to linger - a slight surprise given the daily thorough cleaning).
There is a tiny kitchen upstairs which is combined with a hangout social area although no one seems to hang out there (not the most social option). The outside of the hostel is composed of bar seating, so unless you plan on being a patron there is unfortunately no outdoor hangout space.
