Service: the lady which accommodated us is really kind
Rooms disguised:
We found clipped nails over the bathroom.
The bathroom door is shady from inside the whole part moves, it's just a matter of time some1 to get stuck there.
I don't event want to know what ware the stains over the door and the BED.
The kettle was stuck to the powersocket so good luck with pouring water.
All rafts ware dusty, the lights are so dimmed you can sleep with turned on lamps... honestly for 80 euro per night, better book good and widly know hotel with breakfast....
Room was date and a little run down but it was very clean, the shower was good and the bed was comfortable. WiFi also worked well.
The thing to be aware of is it's pretty noisy with road and tram sounds due to being on the main road.
Considering the low price it seems pretty reasonable for a 1 night stay.
The staff who greeted us was very friendly and showed us to our room. The room though small was perfectly reasonable. It was clean and had everything you need for a night's stay. My only complaint would be that it's a bit noisy. The noise traffic from outside is very noticeable and if there are people talking outside at 5 am which there was you can hear every word! I suppose this depends on which room you are put in though?
Overall a decent stay for a night if you need to get the bus the next morning.
Even in October, if you open the windows carelessly, mosquitoes will come in, so be careful.
Are the staff members your family? . They treated me in a friendly manner. At check-out, I was offered coffee and sent off.
It's a bit far from the station, but it's not a problem if you take the tram. The bus station is just a stone's throw away. When you feel hungry. It's useful even if you're not using the bus because there's something about it.

PROOF: She did not eat anything else than the breakfast that day, and I washed her vomit where I recognized the dough ball ingredients(in pics, only took from second vomit for which 80% was on the floor and 20% in toilet. Was too busy helping on 1st one).
Checked with the cook in the fridge the day after, no more dough balls (thank god!) but also no label with preparation date on the food which is against food safety rules for horeca. This is dangerous.
Yet hotel staff did not believe us because no other food poisoning was reported the same day. Less than 10 balls were available and often ppl do not report food poisoning if it's just a stomach upset. Do you need 4 people projectile vomiting to believe us?
We basically had to argue to get a late checkout at 12h, getting the room extended the afternoon so my GF could recover from their unhygienic food served was out of the question.
Also no reimbursement for the breakfast that got her sick nor for the one she could not take the day after because of nausea.
Night staff and cook were nice about it. Night staff provided new clean towels (on my request) because the other ones were dirty with vomit.
Morning staff guy with glasses was not at all : Did not believe us, did not give benefit of the doubt, fid try to find a solution for one second, unprofessional and below any 3*** hotel standard.
The staff spoke English and was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was much more than I was expecting. Two thumbs up.
The location is away from the center of the city, which is what we wanted. It has convenient, free parking, and it's easy to get in and out.
We will stay here again.
