My wife and I stayed at this hotel for nine nights. It was a comfortable stay, everything was very well arranged, and the staff were extremely friendly.
I would greatly appreciate the service in this hotel.

Excellent, especially the staff, very helpful, and friendly. Spoken English not the best, but with a mobile you can find what you need! Across the street is a supermarket and bakery, so you can eat on a budget. Slight stree noise, but nothing that kept me awake, and I'm sensitive to sounds... Its not 5 star, but the price is good, and value is excellent. I reccomend.

Stayed here a couple of times. Great location, only 10 minutes drive to the old town. Nice and clean big size rooms. Delicious traditional Turkish breakfast and dinner with a lot of items to choose from. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Chose this hotel due to location which is close to several private hospitals which is what we needed. Down side is that it isn't very close to any other sites of interest, at least 20 minute walk to old town famagusta. There is a supermarket next door if you want snacks and drinks. Room was lovely, I've seen reviews that said they had netflix but we couldn't get that in our room - it was a standard room though. Wifi was good throughout. Universal plug socket in the room which looked like it could take european or us plugs as well as 3 pin uk plugs Breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety of foods. Dinner buffet available (600 lira per person). Staff were polite and helpful. Wiring for the hairdryer in the bathroom was dodgy, wired into the shaver plug socket.

Newly refurbished hotel and 15m walk from the city walls. Car park in front. Great breakfast. Clean although could be cleaner. Great choice

Very nice and clean hotel. Lovely big rooms with large bathroom. Great buffet breakfast included in the price. Friendly staff. Was delivered a plate of fresh fruit to the room mid afternoon which was a nice touch. We were also given a voucher for a complementary massage at the check in desk which we enjoyed. Plenty of free parking and cheap supermarket opposite. Nice restaurants and bars within easy walking distance Overall a lovely stay - would definitely recommend and will return when in the area again

The rooms were clean and functionally furnished. The breakfast was tasty. We didn't notice any of the allegedly complained about noise on the street. The only annoying thing was the elevator, which was too small and slow. Otherwise there is nothing negative for us. The supermarket opposite is ideal

We stayed there for a few nights, had the worst room without a terrace ad street side right opposite the mosque, small room you could just walk around the bed, hairdryer was broken and I had to dry my hair downstairs at the pool ad toilets. We were there on a basis half board. Breakfast was not varied, very simple baguette cut into pieces and white bread for toasting. The rest was basic. Our parliamentary questions...was 503

Not by the sea,on a busy rd+ my room overlooked a big supermarket + its car park. Surroundings are quite poor+ Rd conditions dangerous.
Food in the hotel was very poor,bland tasteless mostly braised or stewed. Breakfast was ok if you like Salad. Food options were repeated often
I won't be returning to this hotel or North Cyprus.

First class accommodation. Beautiful indoor pool although a little cool. Very close to centre of Famagusta. Highly recommended. Price good too. Had to wear a mask however while collecting food for breakfast. Seemed totally pointless really considering arrived on o plane full of people crammed together with no masks.

The rooms have the same image on Booking. The female receptionist was very kind and polite. Impeccably excellent service. Everything is wonderful and enjoyable. Having a cafe at the hotel entrance is an added bonus 🙃

it’s a nice hotel and the rooms are nice and everything but we due to forgetting a personal item they refused to tell us where it is we had to threaten them with police to check cctv to give our belongings back

The staff were polite, friendly, and always smiling. The hotel is new and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Im changing my previous good review, because I've had 3 consecutive bad experiences. The last visit was awful. 5 of us waited over an hour for our food. Every single dish was bad. The breakfast burger, was not just cold, but the fried onions were refrigerated! That was the case with both of them. My breakfast bowl was also very cold, i sent it back, and they warmed it in the microwave with salad and cucumber still on the plate. So now the cheese is completely unedible, egg rubbery, salad warm. The chicken salad was obviously kept on a hot plate, because, ironically the salad was warm but the chicken was cold. We were starving hungry, and I will eat pretty much anything when I'm hungry. We sent all the food back, because the staff didn't know what to do, just shrugged. We complained, but after a lot of pushing they agreed to send us off with a free take away coffee. Shamefull really. We didn't eat the food, we should have got a refund. We wont be returning

I’m a world traveler and a pilot so This place remind me Ibis hotels, extremely polite personnel, friendly place, breakfast needs to improve, located with almost nowhere to go which is normal in Magusa, perfect restaurant bar under it, very clean and equipped room. Little noisy floor with like unknown some morse dots ! With dusty separate parking spots in behind. Generally good for temporary stay.
