This is an amazing hotel for families and kids. Very children friendly with tons of activities for them that parents also can enjoy. Must compliment the amazing kids club team where my boys spent wonderful time.
The food was good and the staff were kind and helpful.
And the pool. The main pool is the cleanest and the largest pool I've ever been and it is wonderful. Also the hotel itself was so clean everywhere.
The only con I found was the spa. The treatment was fine but the facility itself doesn't fit 5 star hotel unfortunately.
But if you have kids this hotel is definitely must visit.

What an amazing hotel! It is absolutely spoless , food is amazing and so much choice for vegetarian , gluten free , kids menu… you name it The hotel is huge and they have everything for families/kids. If you are child free they have child free pool. Inside and outside pool,gym,snack bar, bars outside, playground , kids club, babies club. Entertainment for kids at the evening . Staff are really helpful and so nice. There’s a shop attached to the hotel with everything you could think of . Perfect location , beach is just crossed the road with the best bars . We did not notice any noise during the night and felt really safe. Ppl are really family oriented and the whole place is kids friendly We definitely will visit again!

Where do I start? We got married here a few weeks back and it was just amazing from start to finish, Caitlin was a dream and also Cheradine, room was beautiful the pools beautiful albeit a little cold but everything was great food entertainment etc a big group of us went and we had the most fantastic time and already planning October trip back

We are currently staying at this hotel, and in my opinion it feels more like a three-star, possibly a low four-star property. It is definitely not deserving of a five-star rating. The restaurant staff are hardworking, and I don’t believe the issues are their fault, but rather down to management and hiring. Staff tend to stick strictly to their roles. For example, while feeding my baby, I asked for water and was simply told to go and queue for it instead of being assisted. There are also communication challenges, as some restaurant staff struggle with English. On multiple occasions, we were given forks instead of spoons, and the egg station has consistently gotten my order wrong throughout the week. Unfortunately, the omelettes have also been poorly prepared. As someone who is dairy intolerant, I found the food options quite limited. There is no dairy-free butter or yogurt available, although there is a vegan section with at least one dessert option each day. The fruit selection is repetitive and the same across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast itself is identical every day, and overall the buffet is quite bland and lacks variety. They were running out of desserts by 7pm for a few nights which is ridiculous. The snack bar is convenient, but again offers no dairy-free options and the menu does not change, which becomes repetitive. The TUI representatives appear to be inexperienced and lack knowledge. They often seem unsure and unhelpful. On days with bad weather, it would have been nice if they had organized indoor activities. On a positive note, the evening entertainment is enjoyable. The Green & Grill à la carte restaurant was excellent in terms of food quality, although the service was below average, likely due to understaffing. The rooms are barely cleaned - the cleaners just wizzes a mop around. The floors outside our rooms have had bird poo om them for 3 days and no effort to clean it. The wine included in the all-inclusive package is poor quality. The water temperature is cold, but this was something we were aware of before arriving, so no complaints there. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but it falls short of what would be expected from a five-star experience.

Our first visit to Cyprus as a couple, the hotel was clean and rooms spacious. The grounds were immaculate and location is a 2 minute walk to Nissi Beach which has plenty of bars and restaurants. I would say the most important part were the staff everyone from reception to maintenane were so freindly. Huge thanks to the bar staff, Costas, Nokolas, Osama and the lovely lady who worked during the day you were all fantastic and created a great atmosphere.

3rd visit in a year the hotel is excellent staff are friendly shocked that they knew what i drank and said welcome back and even knew where i sat in the adults restaurant ,the hotel is clean food excellent and staff go the extra mile, already booked for june 2026 can't wait,last time wad upgraded wow what an experience.

Excellent family and adult resort. I have never been to a resort with so much water and swim up rooms. This makes it a really exciting resort for everyone with bridges and what appear to be islands surrounding the water. The food is very good and varied to suit everyone and the drinks are also very good. There are some adult area's and a bar for those wanting a quieter experience. The gym is very good as is the tennis area and the resort also offers an excellent spa. Perfectly located across the road from the excellent Nissi beach and a steady 45 min walk from Ayia Napa with bars and restaurants on the way. The children's water park is not too big and caters in my opinion for ages up to about 6. Overall is really recommend this resort
