Nelia Beach Hotel & Spa in Ayia Napa

Upon arriving, during check in, two lovely welcoming friendly staff members instantly gave us an upgrade to the Keliva luxury suite.
We were then driven across to our new accommodation and It was absolutely stunning. Everything in the room was operated by an electric panel, it had electric curtains that when opened revealed breathtaking views of the beach and ocean with a very large balcony. (We stayed room 7 middle apartment 2nd floor) there were 8 rooms in this private building all in all. The hotel room was overlooking the beach and pool area, which was lovely and quiet we had no issues getting on the sun lounger four poster daybeds with curtains by the private pool.
It also had a chill out area and bar too. (Again lovely friendly Bar staff) which played deep house soulful classics over the speaker's. This was situated not far from a beautiful restaurant, the area was decorated with bamboo an array of various plants and gorgeous blossom type flowers.
The room was very modern with our own coffee maker and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, it was so comfortable.
The whole place was beautifully decorated and very stylish.
The service was outstanding and everybody we encountered were so sweet and friendly.
We ate over at the main hotel (Nelia beach) the food was gorgeous lots of variety with themed nights.
This place is in a really good spot. You can walk 5mins into town for shopping, wine bars and clubs, the port is a 5 min walk away and the iconic Nissi beach is about 5/10 mins in a taxi. It was a perfect location. Cannot thank everyone there enough for making our experience magical. I will definitely return.xx

We are a family of 6 and it was an incredible experience..!!! The parking area is small and so I parked next to the hotel. We were greeted at the reception with a punch cocktail. We were immediately taken care of and shown where all facilities were located: restaurants, cafes, sitting areas, spa & indoor pool. The rooms were a standard size, clean and bright with a walk-in glass shower.

The restaurant quality & service was of excellent quality, fresh, wide selection of local & international dishes with a rich dessert buffet. The waiters were polite and and so helpful with the kids.

It is also close to the port and central Ayia Napa filled with restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, boutiques and souvenir shops.

Whether a couple or family I highly recommend this hotel for and all-round holiday experience.

I will start with the rooms. How clean they are. Every day the room service comes and cleans them wonderfully. First, I thank you for your interest in cleanliness every day. Second, thank you for the smile you put on our faces. The place is wonderful, the location is wonderful, and the pool and spa are all wonderful. If I return to Ayia Napa, Cyprus, I will return to you without any discussion. 🫶🏻

The restaurant, bar, cleaning, and reception staff were all helpful and friendly.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the food was tasty and varied, and the location was excellent.

We especially appreciated the kind, friendly, and helpful staff. Overall, we were very satisfied with the quality of services throughout the entire hotel.

The food selection was varied and we always enjoyed our meals – there was practically nothing we didn’t like. Perhaps a wider range of seafood could be offered, but that’s just a minor detail.

The hotel and rooms were well-maintained and very clean. We also really enjoyed the animation program, which offered something for everyone across all age groups.

We personally took part in sports activities like water polo and table tennis, and we loved the evening entertainment such as karaoke, music quizzes, and the disco. It also gave us the chance to meet other guests and have a nice chat.

We definitely recommend this hotel 👌.

Good hotel close to the beach although far away from the airport but the location was good for sure.

Very nice.we had to pay 8 euros for umbrella when all nelia umbrellas were completely empty untill 2pm.People get ticket and not use them

Excellent option. Dinners are very tasty. The room is good. Everything meets expectations
