Rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable beds and soundproofing. Staff at reception and in restaurants receive frequent praise for friendliness and helpfulness. The location offers quiet surroundings with easy access to beaches and reliable bus service to nearby towns. The hotel provides a variety of pools and a children’s splash park, appealing to families. Food quality and variety are generally good, with special mention of themed buffet nights and an Italian à la carte restaurant. Many guests report that the outdoor pools and water park are very cold outside peak summer, limiting their usability. Some reviews mention limited and repetitive food options in the all-inclusive package, often served cold. Entertainment is described as poor or minimal, especially for families with children. There are occasional maintenance issues noted, including cracked tiles and some wear around pool areas. The children’s club staff sometimes appear inattentive, and the club caters only to children aged 6 and above.

Arrived as a family of 4. 8th April for 10 nights All inclusive. Hotel is modern and clean, pools are clean and staff are very friendly. Was not given much info on arrival apart from scan QR code. So we figured ourselves regarding mealtimes, etc. unfortunately the children would not use the pools/waterpark as they were freezing! Hotel would benefit from heated pools in early season. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed. Only 1 pool bar open. Pool table not in use. Indoor pool is extra cost and is not heated. Entertainment was poor in all honesty we ventured out most nights. The big letdown for us as a family was the All Inclusive, we upgraded to this option which we do regret, food options was very limited same most days. No Live cooking stations, food was cooked and then left under heated lamps which in all honesty did nothing as every meal we had was either cold or look warm. We did find it hard to create a decent meal out of what was available. We spent further money eating out most lunch/evening times. Children’s options was 3 trays of either Rice, chips and 1 meat option. There was no ice cream station all they had was choc ices. We have stayed at many hotels as a family in cyprus including Grecian, Cavo and we were really felt the food/drinks were a big let down for the hotel. We did have massages at the hotel which the lady was lovely. Also we celebrated a 40th whilst on holiday and no acknowledgment at all from the hotel. Would we return again probably not but hopefully the hotel will take on the feedback given to make the most out of this hotel

Just came home after 1 week at Aqua Blue to some up gorgeous clean hotel. But miserable staff (not all) no entertainment what so ever and probably the most bland food I think I have came across. We looked forward to a Atlantica hotel like the ones we've stayed before (Sun Garden Ayia Napa x2, Oasis, limassol and Agean Blue, Rhodes) This was so disappointing we believe only 30 rooms were in use during our stay we was all inclusive yet eaten out every night in protaras or Ayia Napa we left yesterday 19/04/26 and was offered a coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool area which came with cookies was delicious and came with a smile which seemed to be had tho find amongst staff. We cancelled our A la carte meal due to tasteless food but was told it's much nicer when you book (How?) I would dread to think what this hotel is like in peak season. Big shout out to the cleaners tho who walk around singer and ALWAYS shout a lovely Good Morning and also keep the hotel spotless.... Can't say we are in any rush to return.

Fantastic location, lovely beaches and coastal walks from the doorstep, with excellent bus service directly outside the hotel. The hotel was luxurious, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds. Special mention to the wonderful staff, the reception staff who were so helpful and the catering team and cleaners who worked so hard to give us a brilliant holiday.

Lovely stay, very clean, good food and perfect location with frequent reliable buses. Some beautiful beaches nearby, most had toilets and showers.

Location A significant advantage of this hotel is its location on the outskirts of Protaras. This offers distinct benefits for those seeking respite from the city noise: it is quiet and peaceful. Grocery shops are located nearby, as is a diving centre. Mimosa Beach is situated just 200 metres from the hotel. It is a very intimate spot. In mid-October, it was uncrowded, the water was warm, and the descent into the sea was gentle. One can also walk to Turtle Bay (Green Bay). To reach the town centre, it is best to use the bus (stops are located right next to the hotel). Room We selected a family room with a view of the sea and the pool and were accommodated in the main building. The room was not particularly spacious, and the bathroom was very small. There were three of us with a small child, and I believe this represents the maximum occupancy for this room to function with any degree of comfort. With another child, it would become genuinely cramped. The amenities functioned without issue; everything appeared quite new and caused no problems. The beds featured comfortable mattresses. Dining Overall, the food was tasty and reasonably varied. It seems to maintain a high standard for an all-inclusive formula. The local cheeses, in particular, were delicious. Our only major reservation concerned the meats; they often appeared well-prepared when first served, but after some time in the chafing dishes, they became overcooked, tough, and dry. It is worth noting that the coffee from the machines was also tasty. Another positive was the Italian à la carte restaurant. We enjoyed a delicious dinner there, arguably one of the best we have had in hotels of this type. Compliments to the chef. Entertainment We did not make extensive use of the entertainment programme. However, having a room in the main building, one could hear practically everything from the performances whilst sitting on the balcony. For sports fans, the large television at the bar and the ample seating will be a plus; one can watch a match in comfortable conditions. Daytime activities were unobtrusive, which suited us well. As for the Splash Park – it was too loud for our toddler (though not for older children), but the water was exceedingly cold, as it was in the swimming pools. Consequently, we hardly used it. Service generally positive. It was evident that we were visiting the hotel at the end of the season. Fatigue was noticeable amongst the staff, particularly in the bars—with the exception of the snack bar, where energy and optimism were palpable every day. A significant commendation is due to the reception staff, who were very polite, helpful, and smiling. We received the information we needed, and matters were handled quickly and efficiently. Housekeeping service: there were instances where used towels were removed but fresh ones were not left behind. Sand we brought in on our shoes from the beach remained unswept in the room for several days. Following an intervention with the clea

I rested at this hotel with my wife. Very beautiful and clean room. Nice hotel and friendly staff. Wide range of food, which will suit both adults and children. There are vegan dishes. Also a wide range of meat products. In general, I liked everything, I recommend it. I convey my greetings to the bartender from the lobby bar)

The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. There is a bus stop outside into Protaras and to Ayia Napa €2 each trip, bargain & buses go regularly. Taxis charge per person for the ride & we found prices varied so my tip would be use the bus. There aren't enough sunbeds. We arrived 23 October & hotel was full. The only bar open in the evening is the lobby bar & its not big enough for all the guests. That's a negative. The pools, as mentioned in previous reciews, are a bit fresh! Also all the same depth with no shallow end which I think is a negative. These are the downsides as the hotel really is lovely.

This hotel is outstanding. All the staff are excellent, the food is amazing, they cater for food allergies/intolerance very well. The hotel is very clean and well kept as is the pool area. The poolside entertainment is fun and night time entertainment is good as well. We found the staff couldn’t do enough for us and we will definitely be coming back here. I feel this should be a 5 star rated hotel. Shout out to all the bar staff especially Effie and Petros.

A great hotel. It was very clean and you can see that cleanliness is very important there. The staff is very friendly and smiling, willing to help in anything they can. Big Thanx to Alfina and Christine at the reception and Kostas the life guard at the pool. Our room was big enough and the bathroom is at the high end quality . It's a modern hotel, so instead of buttons you'll find touch pads The breakfast is good with a big variety. The minus is the lack of salads... Hope they'll add fresh salads. So if you're going to Protaras, I will surely recommend the 'Atlanica aqua blue' hotel.

We stayed here as a family of 5 for 10 nights. We had two rooms split between the 5 of us. We arrived late Friday evening and was checked in quickly and was told how to access our rooms. One of our rooms was cleaned to a very high standard every single day, the other room not so good, not sure if the room was even cleaned during our last 4 days. Most of the staff were really friendly and could not do enough for their guests, a small number of staff came across a bit rude, like they didn’t want to be there and you were an inconvenience to them. The food was really nice, breakfast was full of choices and lunch we had from the snack bar. The hotel is out of the way from anywhere but we used to get the bus and they are very regular and easy to use. Overall this was a lovely hotel but I am not sure I would return.
