Together with my girlfriend we were Eleni's guests! The choice was actually the right one! The apartment she manages is located 1km walk from the center of Ayia Napa! Very nice studio apartment with small terrace! The two of us spent very little for a week! Eleni is really very friendly, she always cleaned the apartment and also gave us some cake she made for breakfast! I recommend this accommodation...

Cleanliness, hospitality, proximity to the nightlife of Aya Napa and the Nissi Avenue which connects the entire southern part of the island! The only flaw is that being close to a nightlife area, every now and then some people in less than perfect condition could pass under the terrace

Quiet andrelaxing Very peaceful resort with restaurants only 10 minutes walk away. Apartment was very close to the pool area though pool bar was closed for the off season

Look for the allocated parking place when you arrive as it’s not obvious!

It was extremely noisy with traffic and people talking late every night. One of Patio doors did not lock correctly, so I felt unsafe for myself and children. Cupboards in kitchen very high to reach plates

The outside bar by the swimming pool was always busy and pints were in concourse. Nothing but positives about this place

I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and both experiences were excellent. The food is very good, varied, and fresh, and the dining areas — both the terrace and the indoor space — are spacious and well organized

The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The location also has a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing

The soundproofing is adequate, considering the noise and music from the street, as the hotel is located in the center of Ayia Napa, opposite the local Luna Park

The housekeeping ladies are very kind and attentive to details. I highly recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to come back!

This hotel was a lot lot better than I expected despite previous bad reviews! Upon arriving, we got upgraded to a one bed apartment which was just lovely

Basic room but very clean and tidy with a balcony use of a swimming pool and breakfast if wanted at 7 euros. Away from the noise, 10 mins from the main beach and a great little bakery for snacks and brekkie

Very close to Nissi beach and lots of amazing restaurants and pubs

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is not that great, there is a hill to climb from the main road. On the other hand, this place is very quiet, the pool and the garden are lovely

Also, breakfast was great every morning. The rooms were clean but the furniture and fittings were kind of old. Overall, this hotel is a decent option if you are looking to stay around Nissy Beach

- In the first room there was only one plug socket next to the bed, it was really inconvenient. - Cleaning could be better, in the first room it smelt badly of urine in the bathroom. The second room was much cleaner

This hotel is super cheap! It’s a 4 because it’s so cheap - what can you expect? I paid £140 for 4 nights. You can’t expect a 5 star hotel for this price

We went to sea CleoNapa last week and could not have had a better experience! All of the staff were so lovely and welcoming! The swimming pool was lovely and the rooms a nice size! The manage went above and beyond in every way and made our trip lovely!

The hotel room was very spacious and the location is also good. The employees should get a bonus, they where super friendly and do everything to please us. The food tasted good too and the pool is nice too

The toilet seat was also falling off

Great location with the harbour full of sea food restaurants and many boat trips to choose from. Kaliva beach bar 🍸 and Paradisos beach bar 🍹 are few steps away and the beach walking distance

Great breakfast with tea served from fab teapots!! Also a perfect position to walk around the walled city, so park your car when you arrive and don't get back in until you leave!!

Was here 13th September for a week, in a superior one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool also the main road! Was clean, regular cleaning with maid and changing of towels, good air con in room, very friendly family run hotel, made me feel very welcome… great location, near Malmia bar and several restaurants close by, on way to protaras ***** only 10 minutes walk away

Pool area was maintained to a high standard and there was plenty on sun-beds and umbrellas. Breakfast was available but we were leaving early to visit Nicosia

I never had to reserve a sun-bed plenty of them! My only negative was that they need to take the white plastic grills off around pool regularly and jet wash them because they were very green with mould very off putting when in pool and leaning out, something that could easily be addressed when maintaining the cleaning of the pool

Cleaners work so hard as do all the staff. Pool is a fantastic size plenty of sunbeds so you don't have to put towels out early to get a bed

There'd no sun bed dashes in the morning as there's plenty of sunbeds however the sunbeds could be cleaner

The sunbeds were alloted to you, so there was no early morning dash to acquire one. Our room was cleaned each day, fresh towels on a daily basis. There is a venue on site showing different acts of an evening

( All inclusive) There was a good choice of restaurants to eat in, plus a snack bar by the pool opened at 10. The adult pool was lovely to swim in

Beautiful place but the staff are very rude. Don't accept room 161 it awful. Really small and You'll be looking at a white wall as your view. We were not going to pay £4200 for 2 adults and a child for that.

And again, we had the feeling that the staff wanted us to vacate our table as quickly as possible. The hotel is well located, approx 5 kilometers from the center of Ayia Napa and close to the lovely Nissi beach

At the beginning of March, there are only limited services, because restaurants and shops are just getting ready for the summer season. Finding suitable places to eat in the evenings was a bit of a headache

The rooms are cleaned less often in the winter season, we had to ask for clean hand towels and toilet paper. In any case, everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful

Some hotel rooms are closer to the main road and maybe there you get more road noise. The seafront is close by, paths are clean - at least before the main season

Those working at the reception were very nice and approachable. We had booked breakfast for the whole of our holiday, but its quality varied and if you went late, for example, the filter coffee might have run out

After a couple of hours, we got a new room, which was better located on the ground floor and above all: it also smelled fresher. So it's worth avoiding the rooms on the top floor, the roof can leak when it rains

The hotel is right on the beach so loved going for walks at night time, and fairly close to ayia napa central

Entertainment has fun, food outstanding good vegetarian options each day too which has been good for two of us! The staff all very friendly, especially the man on the snack bar very helpful and kind to the smaller children

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Atlantica Callisto in Ayia Napa and couldn’t be happier! The hotel was spotless throughout — from the rooms to the pool area, everything was beautifully maintained

Angela was very friendly in the pool bar, serving lots of food and drink. Seraphim the lifeguard was very friendly, looking after everyone nearby the pool. Sun beds were slightly dated, but serviceable

We stayed in October 2025, and there were plenty, but I can see that it would be tough to get a sun bed in the height of the season

This was a good stay at Tsokkos Gardens. Rooms were clean enough, but dated. Mould in bathrooms due to lack of ventilation. Our room was right next to the lift, walls thin, and hard to sleep due to noise around the lift

The location is great, between Nissi and Vathia Gona beaches, the rooms are spacious, clean, towels are changed every day, there is a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner that are fantastic, better than the expensive products I buy at the hairdresser

It has all of the facilities that you would want, incl gym, sauna, pool, kids room and jacuzzi. Even though it was towards the end of the season, the entertainment coordinators were great

It is located in the center of Ayia Napa. We stayed the night and then extended it for another night, there were a lot of young people, but it did not bother us. We chose a room in a quiet place

It is located very close to the beach, it's yards away, so it was nice to be by the pool and the sea at the same time! The first impression was how lovely clean it looked, checking in was quick and easy, with no fuss or waiting around

The pool area was great and always looked very inviting. The pools aren't heated, but it didn't matter because the air temperature was hot. I particularly liked the fact that the children's pool was shaded by a pergola

We like the fact that the hotel is in lots of separate 3 storey blocks with pretty gardens in between them, not 1 high block & above all we love the gorgeous setting of the pools overlooking the beautiful small cove beach

While the selection was satisfactory, it left a bit of room for improvement in terms of culinary variety. The resort boasts three very clean pools, which were perfect for relaxation

Myself & my husband visited the Malama Beach for the 7th time at the very end of October for 9 days

We've never repeat visited anywhere else in the world this many times so that tells you how much we are comfortable & how much we enjoy it here

Fireman's Beach is also nice, turn left on the coastal path, you can walk there in about 15 mins The other main thing we love about the Malama is how helpful & welcoming the staff are, the same staff have worked there for many years which shows how happy & committed they are to guests happiness

We always hire a car & drive to Protaras in about 10 minutes with a big choice of restaurants & bars, though about 40% of these were closed in the 1st week of November
