Everything was clean, nice and host is very helpful and kind. Great location and great value for money, you have everything you need near hotel, hotel has rooms with balconies and you have nice view on the main street and city square. Hosts will help you with whatever you need

The best value for money in Ayia Napa. Shout out to Mr. Paschalis for his excellent service! The location is great, close to shops, restaurants and the bus stop. Highly recommended, especially if you are looking for low cost options in the area 😊

The owner of the property is an incredibly rude and grumpy gentleman who hasn’t invested any money into this property for a very long time. The air-conditioning units are literally from the 1970s and there is no swimming pool even though it’s advertised. The sink in my bathroom work as the water does not go down the drain and the shower barely has any water coming out of it. The fridge is not working as the connection to the power grid has been cut away. Breakfast is miserable; the staff are enthusiastic, but the owner is grumpy!!!

Hotel was absolutely beautiful hotel was spotless staff always cleaning and working hard. Close to the beach pool was gorgeous my 2 girls loved it. I would definitely come back here. Staff very friendly always smiling and welcoming. Plenty of foods to choose from food was nice. Highly recommended hotel was just beautiful the view from our room was just breath taking 🥰🥰

The hotel is ok, near to the beach but don't have direct access to the beach. The first contact with the reception wasn't very pleasant but the rest of the stuff was kind and nice. Because our flight was in the evening we try to change breakfast with a dinner but they wasn't agree. So we pay the last breakfast but couldn't take it. Also, our rooms were at mezanin (31,32) and was noise because of the kitchen and the cars on the street.
But, otherwise, is a nice place to stay, near to main boulevard of Ayia Napa, like 5 minutes to go. The food was ok.

Amazing stay definitely recommend it! and here is why? 👇
We booked a standard double room on Nelia Hotel Apartments and when we arrived we were welcomed with an upgrade to the Nelia Hotel with Luxury Double Room with Sea View on the top floor with a partial sea view!

Hotel is lovely and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Great location with the harbour full of sea food restaurants and many boat trips to choose from.
Kaliva beach bar 🍸 and Paradisos beach bar 🍹 are few steps away and the beach walking distance. 👙

Lively bars and clubs only 5-10 minute walk away. Highly recommend the Square bar, great selection of drinks for good price, with different entertainment each night.

Store luggage in reception availability, do not miss the indoor pool 🏊‍♂️ and the lovely spa.

Breakfast and dinner was rich and variety of choices. On arrival do not miss to check for all inclusive at a very good price.

Definitely coming back 😉 Thanks for the Nelia hotel staff and for the upgrade.

if you book for all inclusive call them and ask first! most things are not free! if u want water u need to have a bottle to refill! if u want an iced coffee during the 40 degrees here u need to pay cause apparently u only can get hot coffee for free! everything thats all included has a time frame! no beds to the beach also have to pay for them and they r supposedly beach hotel! no life guard at the pool also! call for info BEFORE you book here! not coming again!

Clean, spacious room with a fantastic shower and beautiful views. Walking distance to the center and to the harbour, next to the beach. Super friendly staff. Spa is very nice, good service. Food is good, all is fresh and tasty, enough choice. Also for vegetarians and vegans. Had a short but perfect stay!
