Amazing!! ❤️ stayed for 1 week, the hotel is perfectly located to restaurants and bars/nightlife too. You can visit the beach in 5minutes , and they have a 0-24 shop too!
The staff members are very warm and kind people, we get a lot of help and tips from them. Their pure love toward cats was an absolute bonus for us!!
Our room was clean and cosy everything was pretty. What a warm atmosphere !

I m sure we will get back one day for L’eros hotel :) best wishes for them

This was our second stay at your hotel, the owners were very kind, we liked everything about the hotel and the whole atmosphere. Thank you for the lovely gesture at our check out on 19th of October, that was beautiful and very thoughtful and it made my day 😊.We liked the cats too 🐱. I recently visited Ayia Napa and, as always, I stayed at L’eros Hotel. Ioannis and his family made me feel very welcomed from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere is warm and personal, which makes it feel less like a hotel and more like staying with friends. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the location is perfect—close enough to the beach and nightlife, yet still peaceful for a good night’s rest.

The breakfast is always fresh and enjoyable, and the hospitality goes above and beyond—Ioannis and his family are always happy to help with anything you need, whether it’s recommendations or small requests.

This hotel has become my go-to place in Ayia Napa, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine Cypriot hospitality in a great location.

We recently stayed at this lovely little family-run hotel in Ayia Napa and couldn't be happier with our choice. It’s just a short walk from the beach, yet somehow feels like a peaceful oasis away from the noise and crowds of the town center.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and warm hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you might need — whether it’s directions, recommendations, or just a kind word to brighten your day.

The rooms and common areas are spotless, with everything kept clean and well-maintained. There's a sense of care in the way the hotel is run that really stands out. It feels personal and welcoming, not like a big chain hotel.

Breakfast and meals were fresh, simple, and served in a calm, relaxed atmosphere — just what we needed to start the day. No rush, no fuss — just good, honest food in a peaceful setting.

This place truly is a little sanctuary. Despite being in the center of Ayia Napa, it’s quiet and serene — the perfect spot to recharge after a day at the beach or exploring the town.

I was a first time visiting Cyprus, my family weren't in same hotel as me but Lavisa and Yoannis made me feel at home, they couldn't do enough for there guest. Family run coszy atmosphere. Great location 😁 looking forward to next year 💖

Great experience. Price is great for what it offers and i highly recommend it.
Location is the best- 2 min from the beach. Restaurant, market and bus stop are next to the hotel. No excessive noice from the clubs.
On the arrival they check us in earlier because the room was already prepared, which was really kind. It was clean and people working there were really nice and helped with directions whenever i had question.
Another benefit: Check out is until 12!
We had room without balcony but you definitely don't need it since the sun is to strong to sit outside.
New elevator.
No additional charges for leaving our luggage after check out.

I had a fantastic experience at L’eros Hotel! The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing stay. What made my visit even more special were the amazing staff members – especially Lavisa and Yoannis. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and truly went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and happy. Their warm personalities made me feel right at home. I am really gratefull to have stayed at this hotel, first we booked an airbnb in larnaca for 8days but in our 2nd day we already felt it so boring there so we went for a visit to ayia napa and fell in love with this city so we decided to move there, but this wouldn’t have been possible if the owner of this hotel (that was recommended for us by some locals) wasn’t very understanding and managed to give us a room the same day with a very good price, he saved our holidays. The location is the best you can have for day and night life, in the heart of the main touristic street where you have all the restaurants, bars, activities and only 3minutes walking to the beach. And also the hotel has his own nonstop little shop which was very convenient to get water drinks snacks and cigarets at any time with a good price. The room is clean and spacious, you have a big closet an AC a mini fridge a locker, and the sanitary is working well, the balcony is a must !! We got to know the owner his wife and his brother, very kind and smart people, we could stay hours talking to them, always patients and with a big smile, thank you again for everything. I highly recommend this hotel, for sure we will go back there with no hesitation 😍😍

We visited L’Eros Hotel on the end of september for couple days. Hotel was very nice and clean, food was amazing. Everything was preparing from fresh meat or vegetables. I still have in my mind soup of the day (mushroom soup) and can’t wait to eat it again ❤️ Staff incredible nice and friendly - love this people. Also, they helped us when our phones were stolen on the beach while we were swimming. We will come very very soon to L’Eros Hotel🥹🥰 ❤️ Klaudia and Szymon
