I have stayed at this hotel twice now, and both experiences were excellent. The food is very good, varied, and fresh, and the dining areas — both the terrace and the indoor space — are spacious and well organized. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The location also has a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing. The housekeeping ladies are very kind and attentive to details. I highly recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to come back!

The hotel contacted me three weeks before my trip, saying that they will only open AFTER the dates when I had booked (??? why I was able to book these dates is a mystery). However, they did not cancel on their end - not sure why, at this point it's hard not to suspect they were hoping to charge me, too. Anyway. I booked someplace else, hopefully a more serious business. :)

This hotel was a lot lot better than I expected despite previous bad reviews! Upon arriving, we got upgraded to a one bed apartment which was just lovely. The only thing was that when we showered, it was leaking which made the floor extremely wet. The food was disappointing for me personally. I am a bit of a fussy eater so the fact that nothing was labelled or it was cold at some points was disappointing. However, the location of this hotel/apts was so convenient and on the doorstep of everything we needed. Overall I would definitely return, and if you dont care about luxury- you should stay here too! Thank you anthea for an amazing holiday within our budget💜

We had a wonderful time staying at Anthea Hotel in Ayia Napa! We booked the half board option and were really happy with the food — there was a great variety at dinner, with something different every night, and the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from (even if it was the same each morning).

We traveled with our kid, and the hotel turned out to be perfect for families — comfortable, friendly, and great value for the money we paid. The staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.
it was a great experience and we’d definitely consider staying here again! ❤️

We stayed at Anthea Hotel Apts and had such a fantastic time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and our room was always kept spotless. The pool area was a highlight – great music during the day, a bar for drinks and snacks, and a lovely place to relax.

The food was tasty, but being right in the centre of Ayia Napa meant we also had endless dining options nearby – from local Cypriot dishes to pub food, Italian, Asian, and more. The location couldn’t be better: there’s a supermarket just opposite for essentials, the nightlife is only a 10-minute walk away, and Nissi Beach is also around 10 minutes on foot.

We also loved the live music nights at the hotel, which gave it such a lively atmosphere. The nearby bus stop made exploring further afield easy too – we even visited Protaras.

A brilliant hotel with everything you need for a great stay – we’d happily return!

FULL OF COCKROACHES! STAY AWAY!
We booked because of the central location of the hotel. The prices were decent. We didn't have high expectations. The reception surprisingly looks good but the room was very outdated. Worse then expected. Additional bed had broken supports. Making funny noises in every small move. for more details See pictures. Until here, still acceptable.
After sunset, cockroaches are taking the control of the hotel. They are everywhere around the restaurant and the pool. Feeling Pity for people eating from there.🤮 I was just hoping we won't see cockroaches in our room. But that's impossible. They were literally roaming around the room. Killed some of them and threw on hotel corridor. No cleaning lady bothered cleaning the dead bugs from there for 2 days. While checking out they were there being eaten by ants.
They refuse to refund our money if we leave. The only solution they provided was bug spray. I took the spray and went near the pool where you can easily find cockroaches. I tested the spray but didn't have any effect on cockroaches. Second night was sleepless due to fear of cockroaches walking on my face. Checked as early as possible to get a proper sleep at the beach. Sleeping on a towel at the beach feels like 5 star after this terrible hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel that promised a vibrant atmosphere and energetic vibes, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite match my expectations when it came to relaxation. If you're looking for a place where the party never stops, this might be your spot. However, if peace and quiet are what you need, this hotel may not be the best choice.

From the moment I checked in, it was clear that the hotel had a unique concept – music played continuously throughout the property. But, what seemed like an exciting idea at first quickly became overwhelming. The constant beats and loud tunes permeated every corner, from the lobby to the hallways, and most disturbingly, into the rooms.

The noise was unbearable, especially at night. It felt as if I was staying right next to a nightclub – in fact, it seemed like the party was happening just beside my bed. I could hear the bass thumping late into the night, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Even with earplugs, the vibrations were hard to escape.

If you enjoy clubbing or being surrounded by non-stop music, this hotel might be a dream come true. The energy and atmosphere are definitely lively. However, if you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a place to unwind, be prepared to either join the party or accept that rest is not on the agenda.

In summary, this hotel is ideal for party-goers, but it’s not the right choice if you’re seeking tranquility or a restful environment. I left feeling more exhausted than refreshed, and I’m not sure I would return unless the noise situation was addressed.

For how much it costs it’s okay. They have like 188 rooms if I remember corectly, and these are really different. On the booking app are photos only with those that look good, but we got an old and not very pretty room. Also the room door (that communicates with outside) has a space from where the bugs and ants can come in, not cool

We stayed here for 5 days, and it was a perfect place to be. Location is great, close to everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pool is great. Great value for money. It isnt the cleanest but is not dirty at all. Still very comfortable. Will be going back for sure

I made a reservation at this hotel for rhe wrong dates. Instead of 15 sep i booked for 28 of september. I called them immediately to cancel and ask them to change the dates or refund and they were very rude on the phone and said, we cant do anything. What do u want me to do? That was their response. I then called booking and booking said that they cant do anything either because the hotel is woth another partner on booking.com. I called them immediately so there shouldnt be any excuses and rude attirude. Horrible staff. Avoid this place
