We had super nice stay in that hotel. Food is good. Location is good. Territory of hotel is nice.
There is kids club for kids under 3 age. Outside playground for kids.
They upgraded our room for free. I liked terrace that we had. Big advantage that there is no loud music during the day and no disco in the evening (it was inside, so, no noise for people with kids).
Only pillows could be better.

Beautiful hotel. We was there for a wedding. Staff very pleasant. ( All inclusive) There was a good choice of restaurants to eat in, plus a snack bar by the pool opened at 10.30am. The adult pool was lovely to swim in. The sunbeds were alloted to you, so there was no early morning dash to acquire one.
Our room was cleaned each day, fresh towels on a daily basis. There is a venue on site showing different acts of an evening.

This is without a doubt the worst holiday I’ve ever been on.
Our upgraded room was given away to another guest
No restaurant availability until stupid times where our kids would miss the evening show.
No ball games in pool
No inflatables aloud
I got married here in 2011, at this time the hotel was only 4 star. They tried every way to increase to a 5 star. Unfortunately the moment the 5th star was awarded the service disappeared. The staff are very happy to help but nobody has authority to actually help. I would not revisit the hotel even if it was free. I literally hate the place now

Fantastic place to visit. Been coming for the last 2 years. Caters for everyone. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Booking up for next year. Want to say a big thank you to Marianna the ice cream lady.. Very very friendly and Steve the barman... See you next year guys.

This hotel is Amazing!!! The staff work incredibly hard and nothing is too much of an ask. Stopped at reception on our way out to ask about the A.C. in our room, and was told the system is switched off as it was April, not really a problem but got back to our room after a morning out to find a nice big fan in there. Perfect. Everything is clean, the mix of food on offer is something I've never seen at an all inclusive resort before, they cater above and beyond and is high quality food and cooked fresh everyday. We will defenetly be returning here
