Olympic Bay - Adults Only in Ayia Napa

My partner and I stayed at this hotel last year and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception team gave us a warm welcome on arrival, and we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely bonus.

Our room was spacious, comfortable, and maintained to an exceptionally high standard, with excellent housekeeping every day. The sun lounger reservation system was another standout feature, providing peace of mind and making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay without worrying about finding a space.

The food throughout the hotel was outstanding and among the best we have experienced. The buffet offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality dishes that varied at every meal, while the speciality restaurants were exceptional and well worth visiting.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the resort, and the entertainment was of an equally high standard, offering something for everyone.

Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Repeat guests for over 20 years. We choose this hotel for ease , to relax and the quiet location. Lovely beaches within reach and have the option of aria napa/ more going on , if you want it.
The staff are amazing , reception Elini, Dimitris and the team are amazing , super friendly and helpful .
The bar staff Fanos & Steve are hard workers and brilliant with the holiday makers.
Deanna and staff serving drinks etc.. always smiling and chatty , taking time to get to know the holiday makers.
Lovely onsite shop, really handy for bits and pieces and the lady Christina is again good with the customers, very helpful and chatty .

Pool guys this year were amazing , George & Iranka. They couldn’t be more helpful , very helpful and their work ethic is top notch.

Hotel grounds are clean and pretty .
There are lots of different areas to sit and chill , depends on what you want out of a holiday .
Quiet area, entertainment arena with shows, or another area where they may have a singer etc..
sunbed allocation is brilliant and if you would like to move they will do their best if available. You may have to stay with your beds until the others are available. Maybe like 2 days
Pools are great , several choices and the lazy river breaks it up for you , something different .

If there were a negative I would say that the main restuarant food is never really that hot . It always seems just warm but very nice . Would be great if it was hotter . This has been many years not just once .

This is the best hotel I’ve ever been to well worth the money. The rooms are impressive, they have 4 restaurants that you can book once each and they are completely free and the food is unbelievable! All inclusive ice creams and slushy drinks all day. Clean and friendly staff. Pool is great. You book the loungers for you whole stay so no worries having to wake up early to get them.

I’ve just returned home after a week at the Olympic Lagoon Resort in Ayia Napa for a friend’s wedding, and all I can say is… wow! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was absolutely spectacular.

The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming, making sure we felt comfortable and looked after throughout our stay. A special thank you to Maria, who kindly gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Fisherman’s Village. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my holiday even more memorable. The Fisherman’s Village is pure luxury, with its exclusive pool, fantastic service, and little touches like staff bringing drinks straight to your sunbed and even cleaning your sunglasses. I’m normally very down-to-earth, but it was lovely to be so well looked after.

A huge thank you also to Ivor at the adults-only pool bar for keeping the cocktails flowing all week—they were amazing! And to Andrej in the dining area, whose smile and positive attitude made every meal that little bit brighter. It’s so refreshing to see someone so young who clearly enjoys what they do. I’d also love to mention the wonderful blonde lady from Aberdeen in the diner (I’m so sorry I’ve forgotten your name!). You really made our week with your warmth and kindness.

Every single member of staff deserves recognition because the service throughout the resort was exceptional.

The food was outstanding, with a fantastic choice of buffet options alongside excellent à la carte restaurants, so there really is something for everyone. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing, and every detail is designed to make your stay special.

This hotel ticks every box for me, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Ayia Napa. Thank you to everyone at Olympic Lagoon Resort for making our holiday so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Start to finish one of the best hotel stays my family has ever had and the other 30 odd people in our wedding party including 6 kids agree.

Literally could not fault anything.

Initial reception greeting, information, bags and family transported to room.
Room very well presented and clean on arrival.

Sunbed allocation a blessing, so no messing.

Food and drink absolutely top notch and loads of it, even a brilliant Sunday roast.
Favourite restaurant had to be the seven orchids, excellent setting, staff and food (even for the little ones).

Pool areas very clean and well maintained, clean fresh towels everyday.

A short walk to the beach if you wanted to stretch your legs.

The wedding was fantastic, amazing setting, drinks and could not believe how much food was brought to the tables for the Greek meze, all very good quality and tasty.

We loved the entertainment, don't very often go to a show but we went every night and had a great time.

We were very gutted to be leaving, could have easily stayed longer BUT my waistline had increased considerably so back to the gym and normality.

We'll be back next year

We had super nice stay in that hotel. Food is good. Location is good. Territory of hotel is nice.
There is kids club for kids under 3 age. Outside playground for kids.
They upgraded our room for free. I liked terrace that we had. Big advantage that there is no loud music during the day and no disco in the evening (it was inside, so, no noise for people with kids).
Only pillows could be better.

Beautiful hotel. We was there for a wedding. Staff very pleasant. ( All inclusive) There was a good choice of restaurants to eat in, plus a snack bar by the pool opened at 10.30am. The adult pool was lovely to swim in. The sunbeds were alloted to you, so there was no early morning dash to acquire one.
Our room was cleaned each day, fresh towels on a daily basis. There is a venue on site showing different acts of an evening.

Excellent hotel. Lots of space. Beach with clean sand within walking distance.
